Comfortable super kind and queit. But breakfast was so simple.

굉장히 만족스럽습니다. 기본적으로 매우 시원한 에어컨이 있었고, 깨끗한 샤워환경. 그리고 친절한 서비스와 늦은 시간까지 가능한 체크인까지 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 그리고 걸어서 3분거리의 오르세 박물관, 5분거리의 루브르 박물관 등 최고의 위치를 가지고 있었습니다. 이 뿐만 아니라 지하철역, 버스정류장에서도 1분거리의 가까움을 가졌습니다.

사람이 너무 좋고 위치도 너무좋고 바로앞에 편의점이 있어서.. 어딜가든 가깝다 에펠탑 노틀담성당 세느강변 창밖으로 보이는 전경도 좋아요

Excellent stay! Hotel and staff were very welcoming. The hotel is well maintained and location couldn’t have been better for exploring Paris!

They do not clean rooms well and teapot was never cleaned and teabags were not replenished and stingy on amenities had to ask three times to have an extra soap in the room . The hotel is bit shabby in general and when I asked for taxi they told me to walk over to taxi stand . Overall the price point and the hotel in general do not match

The air quality was disappointing, with a noticeable musty odor reminiscent of old carpeting. Despite the air conditioning, the room frequently felt warm.

This hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location. Close to nice cafes and restaurants and the metro but in a quieter area that’s not as touristy. Wonderful grocery store across the street and easy to jump on e-bike rentals that are in area.

The Staff was nice and the location was great . When we checked in there was a hair in our bed and then the moved our room and there was hair in the next we didn’t complain on second to tired from our flight. The maid service is lacking, left room at 9 am came back at 4 and room hadn’t been serviced they were quick to respond when i called to front desk but just not quite 5 star service. Great location though

If you are looking for a higher end hotel experience without the insane coat of other five star properties in Paris. Hotel Pont Royal is a great choice. Walkable to many of the city's landmarks in a neighborhood with great food options.

Gorgeous hotel a few blocks from the Siene River, just across is the Louve Museum. The top floors offer an iconic view of the Eiffel Tower. The area is bustling during the day, and quiet after dark.

Standard buffet breakfast was perfectly adequate, but nothing made to order. So, eggs choices either were precooked scrambled or hard boiled each day. Just keep in mind when choosing the breakfast package.

We had a great stay. Clean room with nice view. Friendly staff. Will return

Centrally located

On est venu nous chercher dans la chambre avec la machine à carte bancaire juste 8minutes après le délai accordé par le retard tardif autorisé. Jamais je n’ai vu cela dans un autre hôtel surtout soit disant 5 étoiles. Il y a toujours un dernier avertissement avant de facturer et dans tous les cas cela s arrange car on prend toutes les affaires et on quitte la chambre. Mais la c’est un comportement grossier de la part d’un personnel mal élevé et je ne sais pas où ils ont appris les cours d’école hôtelière…enfin je crois devenir savoir ou…
