방도크고 조용하고 전반적으로 만족합니다. 다만 연박을 했는데 매일 청소나 타올교체등 요청을 해야 해줬습니다

Everything was quite great. Quick check in with nice staff, comfortable location, great facilities. Breakfast is quite good, even with decent coffee. I'll likey stay again

We needed to change our room due to a loft bedroom with narrow stairs. We were able to change and it worked out. It was awkward to have to exit the building and walk around the block to get to and from the lobby/ restaurant.

Sehr netter Empfang, gute Lage und ein grosses Zimmer - der Aufpreis/die Aufpreise für den Wellnessbereich sind nachvollziehbar aber wenn man nur mal eben kurz in die Sauna oder in den Pool will recht schade. Für einen Wellness Tag hingegen wäre es ein Top Angebot. Würde dennoch wieder buchen.

Wellness ist das Beste am Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich die Zimmer sauber und sehr klassisch. Frühstück würde ich nicht empfehlen aber das ist Geschmacksache!

Nice spa.

The room had bugs, so the occupant (our son) requested a different room. They did comply, but then accused him of damaging the TV. It was not true anyhow, and it then turned out that they accused him before even talking to any others (cleaning and maintenance personnel) who had access to the room. Overall, the facility was dirty and shabby - both rooms, elevator, etc. Overall impression was borderline disastrous, and anyhow the standard of a 4-star hotel was definitely not met. Beware the room damage scam/trap - we recommend taking a pic of your room to document the condition and avoid unfounded accusations!
