숙소 시설이 현대적이고, 직원들도 아주 친절하였습니다. 그리고, 조식 시설과 메뉴도 훌륭하였으며 수영장과 나일강의 View가 아주 좋았습니다.

Old facility and noisy AC and sigarete smoke everywhere.Service staff need more training.I got no point to use this hotel ever again.Bad location.old hotel.poor service.After this I wouldn t use any of Hilton hotels if they have same quality management control.I booked for non smoking but was guven smoking room on a smooking floor.Couldnt stand some smell coming from ventilation.Worst experience I had ever.Level of Motel .

It is gquite good hotel. You can see the Nile river but to find the hotel and to go hotel is too much traffic jam.

짧은 비즈니스 출장으로 2박하고 왔는데. 힐튼호텔의 품격을 볼 수 있는 서비스와 분위기가 좋았다. 나일강 바라보는 전망좋은 방에서 이틀동안 편안하게 보내고 로비 매니저도 매우 친절하게 대해 줘서 인상 깊었다. 아쉬운점은 방에 전기코드가 많이 없어서 노트북 사용에 불편을 겪었고, 시내에 위치해서 교통 문제가 너무너무 않좋았다. 다행히 출장기간에 데모는 없어서 무사히 돌아올 수 있었다.

카이로 자말렉 힐튼에 4박 5일 체류하였습니다. 모든 시설과 직원들의 서비스는 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 조용한 환경과 주위에 대사관들이 많아 비교적 안전하게 산책을 할 수 있었던 점이 맘에 듭니다. 다운타운에서 조금 벗어나 있으나 박물관까지 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 나일강 뷰로 예약하면 아름다운 나일강의 일출을 볼 수 있습니다. 아침식사도 만족스럽고 저녁에 수영장 카페에서 물담배를 피울 수도 있습니다. 정말 만족스러운 여행이었습니다.

Great location on the Nile. Near shops and restaurants. The morning buffet breakfast is amazing. Rooms were nice and spacious. A great place to stay.

I stayed at Hilton Cairo Zamalek Residences and overall the location is quite good — Zamalek is a nice, convenient area to stay in Cairo. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by one issue. I asked the hotel to help arrange a dinner at the Maxim Nile Cruise, and they also organized transportation. I was charged $50 one way for the taxi, while the same ride via Uber costs only around €2–3. This felt like a significant overcharge and left me with the feeling of being scammed. Because of this experience, I can only give two stars. The rest of the stay was okay, but this issue had a big impact on my overall impression.

Hôtel très confortable au bord du Nile. Très belle vue éclairée le soir sur la ville. Chambre propre et agréable.un personnel dévoué et sympathique. J’ai eu des petits problèmes qui se sont réglés grâce à l’aide de plusieurs personnes. Je recommande cet hôtel qui est situé dans un quartier tranquille

Hotel was disgusting . Smell of urine near our room, no one greeted us. I could not believe it was a HILTON!

A nice comfortable hotel with super friendly staff. We stayed five nights and were very fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite overlooking the Nile. Very nice place and quiet for a good night sleep. Zemalek is a nice part of the city with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet was quite extensive and good. My only complaint was the coffee that could stand with being improved :-) Highly recommend this hotel. There are coffee shops nearby although I never had time to check them out with our busy schedule of sightseeing.

Staff was outstanding. The hotel aesthetic and ambiance was top notch.

Hotel is well managed with a responsive staff. The location is in a quiet diplomatic area of Zamalek within an easy walk to the more bustling areas, so felt very secure and safe. The property and room itself is a bit dated although still reasonably well maintained and clean.

First the bad. Check in staff was snooty, place is a little off the beaten path and congested for tourists traveling between sites. Super safe part of town, plenty of good eats within walking distance, enjoy a bottle of wine and overlook the Nile at their bar, etc.. I'd stay here again but HC Grand Nile will forever be my first Cairo choice.
