숙소 시설이 현대적이고, 직원들도 아주 친절하였습니다. 그리고, 조식 시설과 메뉴도 훌륭하였으며 수영장과 나일강의 View가 아주 좋았습니다.

Old facility and noisy AC and sigarete smoke everywhere.Service staff need more training.I got no point to use this hotel ever again.Bad location.old hotel.poor service.After this I wouldn t use any of Hilton hotels if they have same quality management control.I booked for non smoking but was guven smoking room on a smooking floor.Couldnt stand some smell coming from ventilation.Worst experience I had ever.Level of Motel .

It is gquite good hotel. You can see the Nile river but to find the hotel and to go hotel is too much traffic jam.

짧은 비즈니스 출장으로 2박하고 왔는데. 힐튼호텔의 품격을 볼 수 있는 서비스와 분위기가 좋았다. 나일강 바라보는 전망좋은 방에서 이틀동안 편안하게 보내고 로비 매니저도 매우 친절하게 대해 줘서 인상 깊었다. 아쉬운점은 방에 전기코드가 많이 없어서 노트북 사용에 불편을 겪었고, 시내에 위치해서 교통 문제가 너무너무 않좋았다. 다행히 출장기간에 데모는 없어서 무사히 돌아올 수 있었다.

카이로 자말렉 힐튼에 4박 5일 체류하였습니다. 모든 시설과 직원들의 서비스는 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 조용한 환경과 주위에 대사관들이 많아 비교적 안전하게 산책을 할 수 있었던 점이 맘에 듭니다. 다운타운에서 조금 벗어나 있으나 박물관까지 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 나일강 뷰로 예약하면 아름다운 나일강의 일출을 볼 수 있습니다. 아침식사도 만족스럽고 저녁에 수영장 카페에서 물담배를 피울 수도 있습니다. 정말 만족스러운 여행이었습니다.

Firstly I would like to say a BIG thank you to Farida the duty manager, she is a star, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and hassle free. She also suggested few things which made our trip even more memorable. The views from our suite was incredible especially at night and we enjoyed our stay. Although the property can go with some modernisation but the service and help provided was exceptional.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, breakfast, and security!

First of all I was extremely grateful to be upgraded due to the insurmountable noise of my first room on the third floor nile view. The party boats are out of control sound wise and this can go on until 5-6am. The manager upgraded me to a 2 bedroom apartment on the 21st floor and I was incredibly grateful for his kindness. Most of the staff is extremely kind and welcoming. However the pool is sadly full of people with so many small children that are left to scream and play and do whatever they want. This was multiple families and the staff said nothing. The big group of women 'watching' them where not consuming any food or beverage and occupied most of the lounges most of the day. There was very little service poolside, and it was also very dirty and unkept. Such a shame as the pool is beautiful and the view of the nile so romantic. That area could be an incredible asset to the hotel, instead of being abandoned this way. The restaurant food is also very average, much of the breakfast menu was uneatable and low quality. The restaurant staff is very inattentive. The rooms are old and to some extent that is nice as they are more spacious than many more contemporary hotels and they still have a romantic quality. The hotel would greatly benefit from a renovation and a re-think of the restaurant menu, pool lounge area and pool rules. Aside from that I felt safe and grateful the people who work at the hotel are so thoughtful and genuinely care about the guests.

Ruhig und angenehm. Freundliches Personal, Ausblick nach vorn zeigt die typische Cairo-Silhouette bis hin zum Fernsehturm, Balkon und Zimmer großzügig, Sauberkeit ok.

日本食レストランのマキノはかなり美味でした。スタッフの対応も良かった。 朝食も美味しく眺めても良い。残念ながらバスルームはシャワーの量が少ないし排水もダメ。洗面台も広くドライヤーの風量も良かった。ベッドも良かった。窓を開けていたらハエが。ホテル周辺は治安も良く散策しても安心だしスーパーもオシャレな雑貨屋もあり楽しかった。惜しむべきはバスルームの排水。

Estuvimos alojados cinco noches en familia y la experiencia fue muy buena. El hotel está muy bien, con una ubicación ideal que facilita el acceso a todo. Destaco especialmente al personal, que fue en todo momento amable y atento, tanto en recepción como en relaciones públicas, bar y restaurante. ¡Un equipo encantador que hizo nuestra estancia aún más agradable!

From the Nile view room, you get to see the river glow golden with the sunrise and sunset. Mr. Amr at the front desk quickly gave me another room when mine was still being cleaned. I was super tired from traveling, so that really helped. He kept smiling the whole time and handled everything like a total pro.

Hotel was classy, service was great ……definitely recommend. Gorgeous property!

When I checked in, I had to wait for about an hour, and when the staff finally handed me the key, they didn't say a word and didn't explain the hotel facilities, breakfast times, or where to find it. I was disappointed.

La ubicación es ideal para hospedarte y relajarte del ajetreo de la ciudad. Es seguro que después de un dia en El Cairo necesitaras un lugar donde relajarte y este hotel es una excelente opcion. La zona es muy segura y tiene muchos buenos lugares para comer dentro del mismo barrio. El trato del personal del hotel es impecable, sin duda un servio y atención al cliente excepcional.
