Bon accueil Personnel très agréable et à l écoute du client

Très bien accueillis - personnel agréable - chambre propre - petit-déjeuner très copieux : bonne variété de pains Pour moi : matelas un peu trop ferme - lombalgies mais cela ne concerne que moi !

Bien dans l'ensemble

Personnel accueillant, au petit dejeuner manque de fruits de saison. Cabine de douche a changer.

El hotel esta muy cerca de la estación de trenes y tiene una vista privilegiada hacia las montañas. El personal de recepción muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar y proporcionar inofrmación sobre la ciudad y las amenidades disponibles. El desayuno es completo y tienes acceso a snacks las 24 horas.

L’hôtel est très bien , personnels au top Parking petit mais ça va Par contre débit eau SdB TRÈS faible Pommeau de douche à mettre dans le vinaigre pour le rendre utilisable Démontage : Sans le pommeau le débit est Super !!!!

Accueil très agréable, nous avons pu prendre un café en libre service avec des amis au bar. La chambre est spacieuse. Quelques bémols : manque d’une taille d’oreiller sur un des 2 oreillers extras. Le couvercle de la couverte de toilettes était pas bien attaché. La porte de la cabine de douche n’était pas étanche et il n’avait pas de tapis de sol.

必要最小限の施設。冷蔵庫なし。エアコン効いているのかどうかわからない。ただ気温がちょうどよかったので影響なし。

My room has a great view ro the mountains, however, it was on the side of the busy road. Hearing cars noise ag night wasn't ideal. The shower door couldn't close properly. Water was coming out on the floor. Overall, tI had a pleasant stay and will definitely reco the hotel. The location was on top

The hotel is a bit old but clean, with friendly staff. It is in a convenient location, very close to the train station. On the other hand, some things need improvement that reduce the level of the experience. For example, it is unacceptable to be at least 2 days (the period of my stay, could have been longer) without internet, especially for business travelers. Also, there are very limited hangers for your clothes, something really strange and ready to fix

Budged hotel, but really could have a kettle in the room, was very surprised that it does not have it. Got view with amazing view, which was great. Bed was comfy, room clean. Biggest issue was parking, which said online is nearby for 6 euros, actual closest one is 15 min away and was not 6 euros. End up driving around for an hour and paid almost 30 euros

Personnel très accueillant et attentionné. Matelas mousse sur le sommier/matelas était en très mauvais état. Il y avait deux énormes creux. Manque flagrant de soucis pour le confort. Aurait dû être changé depuis très longtemps.

Hôtel dégueulasse indigne d'un Ibis personnel désagréable incompétent et irrespectueux l'ibis bastille m'avais prévenu que c'était un hôtel très mal gérée que les clients fuit pour aller à l'ibis bastille ils n'ont pas tort

Dommage qu'une restauration rapide (plats surgelés) ne soit pas proposée
