숙소 자체는 다소 노후된 느낌입니다. 조식은 매우 간단한 형태로 제공됩니다. 리셉션에 가끔 직원이 안보이는 경우가 있지만 앞에서 기다리면 곧 나와서 도움을 줍니다.

호텔 직원들의 태도, 화장실의 청결상태 등이 보통 이하입니다. 하지만 위치가 괜찮고 가격대비 이용할만합니다.

Faro의 중심가거리에 위치해 있으며 쇼핑하기에 매우 편리하며 도보로 해안5분이내 기차역 10분이면 도착하며 아침조식이 6시30분부터 시작해서 일찍출발하는 여행자에겐 좋습니다

The room was nasty. From stained walls and spots on the carpet to a penetrating odour and miserable shower, the cleanliness of our room deserves 0 stars. The shower is small and turns into a bathtub, which will spill out once you open the door, but no worries, the floor and towels are dirtier than your waste water. Do not try to wash your hair in this shower. There is a table (somewhat damaged) and a chair, but they were placed so close to the bed that you could never pull out the chair and sit at the desk. One of the few upsides is the comfortable bed. We had a very small room and two handluggage-size bags, one can be laid on a small table, but the other will block what little space remains in your room. Breakfast is served at sticky tables full of crumbs; there is a decent assortment of sweet and savory options for the price. The option to have fresh orange juice is nice, but the cutting board and knife (child safe plastic knife) for fruits were always sticky. The staff was very kind, efficient and responsive at any time; also, the location is perfect, we walked no longer than 15min to every place around the old town and the pier. To sum up: the room is dirty to the point you don't want to touch anything. The staff are most kind and helpful, the location is very good. If you plan to stay for a short amount of time and are immune to hygienic risks and fears this is a good option, but if you can spare the expense, book somewhere else.

My wife and I found the hotel perfect for our one night stopover, before traveling onto our final destination in the Algarve. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Muy bien ubicado dentro del centro de Faro

This is a nice hotel, clean and staff are friendly. Paid for a superior room but was given a normal room. When pointed this out was told it was their mistake but no superior rooms available that night (even though what we had booked) and they would move next day which they did, but no refund offered. Superior room very nice but could be excellent if they added a mini fridge, and decent outdoor furniture on tbe large balcony. Overall would stay here again though.

Achtung Abzocke! Hier werden Touristen in Zimmer mit defekter Klimaanlage gesteckt und nachher tun sie so, als ob alles okay wäre - Zimmer sind schimmelig, Biden echt Enkelin - Personal versucht es durch durchaus nette Ansätze etwas zu verbessern - Expedia wollte sich noch nicht einmal das Video mit dem dröhnenden aircooler ansehen. Frühstück unterer Durchschnitt. Insgesamt leider mangelhaft! Woher haben sie die 3 Sterne??? Nie wieder stay…

The staff was quite helpful, but the room wasn't clean, and the AC was working but had a terrible smell.

Central location

the hotel was clean and in a great location. however, no access to water, bar was never opened, and food was just ok.

The room was somewhat clean but the walls were stained in some areas with who knows what. The room is in need of some major repairs. Broken toilet seat, broken art, broken bathroom door, broken lamps, peeling paint. Just years overdue of a renovation.

Very central location Room was super clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

Great location in the heart of Faro, near the old town and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Comfortable room, clean and great to have the facility to make hot drinks. The little balcony was a nice surprise too!
