호텔이 깨끗하고 좋았어요

청결도, 관리상태등 대체적으로 무난한 편이다. 다만 중요한 것들로 부터 많이 떨어져있다. 기차역, 버스역, 성당등등 기차역을 제외하고는 걸을만은 하나 짐을 가지고는 글쎄^^^^^^^

Very unfriendly staff. Poor breakfast. Parking far away. No aircon, no fridge, no coffee maker. Very overpriced.

Habitación sin clima con un sillón viejo, no había donde poner las maletas, el personal atento, restaurant muy limitado en comidas y horarios , muy lejos del área turística donde está la Basilica y solo se podía acceder utlizando taxis

L'hotel è abbastanza centrale ed in buone condizioni. La nostra camera era all'ultimo piano, nel sottotetto, quindi caldissima e l'aria condizionata non funzionava. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla ed hanno provveduto immediatamente. Colazione ottima, da consigliare.

O ar condicionado funcionou de forma normal. Existem muitas lojas a quinze minutos de caminhada normal.

Einfaches Hotel mit schlechtem Frühstück. Als wir zum Frühstück kamen ( gegen 08:30 Uhr) waren nur wenige Gäste da. Trotzdem war das Essen bereits "abgegrast", nachgelegt wurde nichts. Das Personal (1 Herr) war ausschließlich damit beschäftigt, Geschirr und Gläser einzuräumen. Gäste, die nach uns kamen, fanden eigentlich so gut wie nichts mehr vor, außer etwas Obst und Gebäck. Die Lage des Hotels war okay, man musste nach links die Straße hinauf gehen und dann die Treppenstufen hinauf steigen (es gibt auch einen Lift). Oben angekommen nach links in die Altstadt gehen. Parkplätze gibt es für 8 Euro, aber die Ein- und Ausfahrt der Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Wir hatten das Glück, direkt vor dem Hotel einen freien Parkplatz zu ergattern.

Have stayed there a number of times over the years. It is convenient for me and good price. However, this time the service wasn’t good. The staff were pleasant but were over stretched covering both the kitchen and reception, which meant having to wait for both things. The breakfast was cold despite being kept in the warmers. Didn’t dare taking much scrambled eggs as it wasn’t sufficient.

Good price and away from the touristic areas while allowing to walk there easily

Basic hotel on edge of centre of Santiago. Clean room but no other facilities. Fine for 1 night stay, wouldnt want to stay longer.

Rommet og badet hadde god størrelse, var godt rengjort, hadde god komfort og de nødvendigste fasiliteter; TV (kun spanske kanaler) og WIFI. Det var ingen temperatur regulering, Vinduet kunne åpnes - men dette ga litt trafikkstøy i morgentimene. Frokost er ikke inkludert og heller ikke benyttet pga stor trengsel og støynivå i frokostsalen. Parkering i hotellets garasje er ikke inkludert (8 Euro / natt) og gir utfordringer med å kjøre ned og enda større å kjøre ut igjen. Anbefales IKKE😖😖😖 Alternativet er å parkere på gaten dersom det er noe ledig 🤔🤔🤔 Personalet virket ikke særlig engasjerte, men ga god informasjon Hotellet ligger i et lite interessant område og ca 15 min gåavstand fra gamlebyen. Det finner en også gode restauranter, mens de som ligger nærmere hotellet ikke holdt særlig god kvalitet. Det finnes matvare foretning ca 5 min gåavstand

I love this place and the staff, from the receptionist to the housekeeper. Michelle and her team are professional and friendly. My room was clean every day, and the bed and bathroom were cleaned properly. This place has fridge so its really ideal to stay here for more than 3 days. Amenities They have soap and clean towels just bring conditioner Ask for hot water for your tea if needed. Would have been nicer if they also offered a hot water maker, but the fridge is good enough to keep my drinks, fresh OJ, and yogurt cold. Close to the grocery store and next to a wash and dry place. Yes, Ill stay here again.
