The Embassy is a great property, but this past weekend March the 29 the guess service staff was just OK. Lucky enough I always stay at a Embassy Property. I was asked for ID and credit card. Told the room I will be staying in & literally that was it. No conversation, no explanation why all the construction going on in the hotel. No information given about the 5 to 7 complementary Evening, no information about the breakfast. The guest service personnel should at least be friendly or advise customers what to expect or look forward too. On scale from 1 to 10 with construction & the customer service at the front desk from (1pm on March 29th) I will give it a 4.

Construction was taking place, so the environment was loud and messy in places. It’s ridiculous that we have to pay for parking in a hotel where I’m already paying to stay. I do like the convenience of the hotel, and the breakfast was very good.

Construction goin on at building and only one elevator running and at times the button to call elevator was blocked. Would not have booked if I knew construction going on. On top of that you had to pay an extra 10 dollars a day to park in their parking lot. I visit my daughter frequently here but will not be staying here again.

Property is dated.

Nowhere on the hotel information did it state the hotel was under major construction. Bugs and hair in the bathroom and I never had hot water. I reported this and no one ever followed up. Parking was also a nightmare. After paying $10 a day there were several incidents where assigned parking for the hotel simply had no parking. Had no choice but to pay in the nearby lot. All of this is unacceptable for this level of hotel. The staff was also rude about every question asked.

Absolutely disgusting. Bed had sheets with seeds, fruit, and nuts in it. Shower curtain had hair and pubie hair all over it and there was an opened bar of soap with pubie hair on it in the shower. Disgusting. Everywhere was closed due to remodeling the building. Breakfast was very subpar. Food was gross Information was not given out like it should be. Was very upset with visit as this was our first vacation getaway in two years. Very disappointed.

Hotel is extremely convenient to the convention center. They were under renovation so can’t fault them for the lack of dining available. Room set up is wonderful but it is very loud.

Get Rid of pay for parking it adds up if you have two car family not happy with this process.

Great location

Bfast good, construction bad

I was very surprised and disappointed that I was required to pay for parking my vehicle in the Hotel's open parking lot. Also, some of the cleaning staff were less than pleasant. The one good thing about the location is I was able to walk indoors to my meeting at the adjoining venue.

Nice hotel and close to everything

Loud construction with no advanced notice. No hot water. Took 10 min to check/in because front desk was on the phone. Phone in my room didn't work.

Worst stay ever! We checked in about 9pm and went to take a shower and there was no hot water. We reported it to the front desk and they told us they were working on it. At 11:30pm we went back down for an update and the maintenance man who had been working on the issue went home at 11 because that's when he gets off. She said it would be the first thing he worked on in the morning. The next morning at 9:30 am we went down for an update. The lady at the desk, Tamara, was RUDE! She said a pipe burst and basically no one had hot water and it was working fine at her last shift on Thursday. She said they had to call in the chief engineer to fix the problem.I asked if they knew it was a burst pipe when we checked in, and she just kept saying it was fine on Thursday! She didn't care at all and I have NEVER had such terrible customer service at this hotel! Letting us know at check in, or having someone come in to fix it through the night would have been the right thing to do. I don't know if we will stay here again. In the past, any issues have been handled promptly and the customer service is usually outstanding. This stay was so disappointing.

Everyone was friendly, but we had reserved a room with a king size bed - they were unable to accommodate this and we had to take a room with a queen sized bed .. not a huge deal, but we were surprised we weren’t able to get the room we reserved and paid for… The bed itself was very comfortable…. Also she was polite when she checked us in, but there was no apology - nor price adjustment for the room Change and smaller bed . We asked if there would be a price adjustment and they said they can’t do that bc we booked through hotels.com. In addition - I had to take a cold shower the second day - hot water wasn’t working … the toilet didn’t flush well - had to flush several times for it to work. The door also didn’t lock unless you physically pulled it - it was just not latching closed properly. The breakfast was good - although the first day’s line was so long I didn’t have time to wait … Thank you

Great location next to the convention center. It was noisy and the construction in the lobby was a mess.

Property was just under construction

Very clean and convenient. Would highly recommend.
