The staff make us very comfortable in restaurant. They seems to avoid the Asian to make any trouble for serving in restaurant because of language problem. And they seems they are not trained for serving. All staff always try to contact the client eyes in restaurant for getting the client request.

Luxury and roomy. Night sight-seeing in balcony was wonderful. You should walk ourside for a minute to your room and it was hard to carry big carrier because I could not find the slope but only steps. Breakfast is little bit expensive if you pay it separately. In conclusion, it is recommendable if you have enough budget around $200.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Aufenthalt gehabt. Die Familien Suite, die wir (3 Erwachsene und 1 vierjähriges Kind) hatten, war riesig, für uns schon fast zu groß. 😅 Wir haben die traumhafte Aussicht sehr genossen und viel Zeit mit Schwimmen verbracht. Zeit

The staff were very helpful and polite, the restaurant was fantastic and the room was beautiful. My only negative was that every time I tried to order room service, I had to call repeatedly for up to 30 mins in order to get an answer.

Rooms were clean but dated. Dinner at the bar sounded promising but was overpriced and the quality was ok but not really great, which the prices suggested.

This resort was lovely - the rooms were large and grand, the food amazing and the staff perhaps the friendliest I have ever encountered. I highly recommend.

Our favourite hotel in Germany. We just love it.

Wir haben ein Superior Kingsize Zimmer mit Blick auf die Anlage gebucht. Stattdessen haben wir ein kleineres Zimmer mit Blick nach hinten bekommen. Bei dem Preis Unterschied problematisch. Zudem war die Dusche. Kaputt und hat das Bad unter Wasser gesetzt. Rezeption war nicht bereit die Situation zu klären Positiv: Restaurant und Frühstück sensationell!

Wellness area was very good: heated outdoor pool; whirlpool and saunas. Also, the hotel bar Raffaels has a nice atmosphere with a traditional fire place.

Very lovely hotel. We enjoyed the relaxing pool / spa area. The tunnels underneath the residences were great to not have to go out into the cold to get to the main building and spa. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

Wir haben Freunde im Taunus besucht, hatten unseren Hund dabei und bekamen ein tolles grosses Appartment.Ideal für uns und den Hund. Allerdings war der Preis fuer den Hund aufgrund des moderaten Preises fuer den Hund Ok.60 Eur ist schon happig fuer eine Nacht..

Very nice place I regrets I did not manage to use the Spa but it must be very good Restaurant good food but not cheap Easy to find Room was very nice and cosy, only missing cups in the room and the wifi keep dropping

Une suite majestueuse qui n'avait de majestueuse que la taille. Peinture vetuste décoration horrible literie mauvaise qualité et draps ancien. Aucun charme dans cette vieille demeure. Pas de valet pour vous accueillir personne pour les bagages ni pour le parking. Thermostat de la chambre non fonctionnelle et plastique jauni ainsi que le téléphone qui devait dater de plus de 10 ans. Wifi catastrophique. Peinture défraîchie dans la suite.
