깔끔하고 깨끗한 숙소입니다. 프라도 미술, 레이나-소피아 미술관, 티센 보르네미사 미술관 등 미술관에 관심이 많았던 저희로서는 최고의 위치였습니다.

매우만족. 위치 프라도미술관 길건너라 공항서 접근하기 좋아요. 조식 진짜 맛있습니다. 빵이 특히 훌륭합니다. 친절하구요.

역에서 가까워서 좋았고 허니문이라고 했더니 테라스가 있는 방으로 업그레이드해주었고 샴페인서비스해줌ㅎㅎ 전반적으로 깨끗하고 신식이었음 조식도 종류가 엄청 다양하진않지만 정갈하게 있을건 다 있는느낌?? 츄러스가 있는게 특이했는데 꽤 맛있었음

낡은 시설 그러나 친철한 서비스와 너무나도 좋은 위치! 미술관을 좋아하시는 분들에게는 최고의 위치의 호텔중 하나! 그러나 시설이 너무 낡았음...

프라도 미술관 바로 길건너에 있어서 위치가 좋고 객실상태는 별 4개에 비하면 보통이지만 직원들의 친절도는 최고!

관광하기에 좋은 위치입니다. 조식도 맛있었습니다. 객실의 충분치 못한 침구는 아쉽습니다.

룸 상태는 좋은 편이었지만, 와이파이가 거의 안되고 직원들 몇몇은 불친절함. 방음이 되지 않아 옆방과의 소리가 들려 서로 불평을 호소함. 여직원들이 특히 불친절했음. 와이파이 안되는 건 이해가 되지 않음. 프라도 미술관은 가까웠지만, 생각보다 전철역이 멀어 한참 걸어가야 있음.

Interior of the room was very nice and the receptionist are kind. But from 9 in the morning cleaning lady woke up with the tremendous noise. I felt like sleeping in the building under construction. I checked why this noise happen then the cuase was the huse cleaning cart. But for customers cleaning lady should or better to handle the huge cart with more care. Except that point staying in this hotel was enjoyable.

위치는 프라도 미술관 바로 건너라 미술관 보기에는 편합니다. 다만 아토차역에서 호텔 이동하는길이 멀진 않지만 약간 언덕길이니 캐리어 끌고 이동시 조금 힘들구요 객실은 꽤 넓고 괜찮았지만 옆방에서 전화하는 소리까지 다 들릴 정도로 방음이 너무 안됩니다.

호텔 바로 앞에 프라도 미술관도 가깝고 메트로와 버스를 이용하는데 크게 불편함이 없어서 너무 좋았습니다~ 다만 아침 조식추가가 너무 비싸고.. 옆 객실과 방음이 안된다는 점이 불편했어요 ㅠㅠ 시설은 깔끔하고 좋았습니다~

Mesmo tendo um contratempo com o sofá cama disponível no meu quarto e a rede Wi-Fi ter problemas no andar em que nós estávamos alojados, a atenção dos colaboradores do hotel compensou tudo. Definitivamente o destaque fica por conta do atendimento dos colaboradores.

Breakfast was very disappointing, poor quality cheese and cold meats, pastries, eggs and the coffee and milk were not good

Bom é bem localizado

The room smelled like sewer. Apparently this is a common thing in Spain due to old pipes. But the hotel needs to look into the issue since the smell was so bad. My room neighbors had the same issue. The hotel needs to invest more in their sewer system.

Great place to stay in the art triangle in Madrid. Close to Metro stations, art museums, Parque de el Retiro, Jardin Botanico, and a reasonable walk to the Plaza Mayor. Nice coffee shops in the area, too. Hotel was clean, quiet, and staff was very helpful with restaurant reservations and getting taxis. Not a fancy place, but reasonably priced and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
