The hotel is decor is lovely and the location is fantastic. Wine hour was great. However a few things comments - (1) no key card security per floor, (2) housekeeping did not refill the amenities used up, and (3) there was 1 night that the fire alarm was triggered and everybody evacuated at 230am in the morning, waited outside for hotel direction to inform us what to do next but that was not forthcoming. Not very well handled as we, alongside the other guests, were left guessing what to do. Hotel was a good experience but not sure i’d return.
