공항에 비행기를 타고 막 도착하거나 비행기타러가는 거라면 무료지만, 렌트카 빌리러 가는거면 20달러 내라고 함. 공항셔틀이 무조건 무료가 아닌 이상한 곳.

Bathroom fan was incredibly loud. The television locked up and was unusable. The facility is rather outdated. No maid service unless requested. Breakfast was unpleasant with other guests consisting mostly of transitional workers who constantly cursed. We cut our stay short and just walked to the Westmark hotel down the road. Much better facility, and it was actually cheaper.

It was very clean, quite, the room was very spacious, and the breakfast was good. The exterior needs some work and there are window units in all rooms.

Unfortunately, for the three nights at The Clarion there was NO HOT WATER for showers. Disappointing!!! Some staff were helpful, while others were disintetested. The manager did refund us for one night, but WE need to contact Hotels.com to arrange a refund. The tranfer to the airport was appreciated.

Photos are not representative of this property. It’s old and needs updating with new carpets at a minimum. The room temperature could not be moderated.

Everything’s fine and pretty good especially the breakfast is delicious

it was quiet and comfy except for the TV being glitchy

Very comfy bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. Above average breakfast. Did not offer aurora wake-up calls. Good for the price. Nothing high-end or fancy.

Housekeeping services were greatly lacking. The every three day housekeeping service was minimal. Beds were not made. Could have been better for sure.

Hotel was dated. Elevators were shaky. Room was inconvenient with toilet and sink in the same crowded space.

First night of stay tv didn’t work properly they said it was Dish’s fault. At 3 in the morning a fight was going on in the room below us for an hour,the hotel said they had to escort the guests out. Went to take a shower and not enough hot water for two showers. We had another night but we were in a different room and the TV still didn’t work and the staff acted as if it was going to be a problem for awhile. Also we were told they had an airport shuttle but whe we arrived we were told they didn’t have enough personnel to run it. Very disappointed las we like using Choice Hotels

The stay was great. The only problem was that the restaurant was not open. No continual breakfast available.

Old property that hasn’t been kept up. Tv didn’t work, outlets pulled out of the wall when unplugging stuff. Thin walls and floors, can hear almost everything. The beds had brand new mattress’s and were very comfortable, that’s the only positive. Expedia lied to me….

The hotel is nice overall. It's old, but pretty well maintained. My room and bed were comfortable. The only issue is that I was finding somebody's hair all over the place in my room. It's not a big deal for me, but still somewhat unpleasant. So the property needs to do a better job on cleaning.

Dated, but hotel is clean

The supervisor lady was ridiculous. She said that we would get a partial refund at check out 3 days after we checked in. The microwave barely worked, AC didn’t work, and the TV didn’t work. Never an offer to change rooms, or for another microwave, the sweet woman our last night gave us a box fan because it was 78 in our room the whole time. The lady that sits behind the desk up front doesn’t do anything she constantly says she can’t help with that the other person will have to help when they come back. The supervisor lady was a joke. She stayed at her desk behind the tinted window. Each issue we went to her about she said she would check out and get back to us. That did not happen we had to keep going back to the desk to ask for her after an hour of hearing nothing and she would pop open her tinted window and have a reason for everything. But said we would get a refund which we still have yet to receive. Employees like these are a disgrace and run businesses.
