제가 배정받은 방이 좀 이상한건지 화장실에 문이 없었습니다, 샤워실도 따로 칸막이가 없었구요. 다른 방 사진은 안 그렇더라구요 하루 자고 가는거라 그냥 묵었습니다. 다른 시설은 좋았어요

리셉션 직원 서비스 태도가 너무 불친절함.

방은 크고 지내기 편안했으나 조식이 별로 였음..예: 통조림 과일.. 기차역에서 1키로 이내 가까운지역임에도 일방통행이 많아 돌아돌아 가야 하는 단점

넓지는 않지만 가격대비 깨끗하고 분위기 좋은 객실, 하지만 물,커피, 포트등 제공되는것이 전혀 없음으로 참고할일. 1층 까페에 부탁하면 물은 먹을 수 있음 위치가 역과 15분정도 도보로 캐리어 끌고가기 매우 불편하며 중심지로부터도 도보20분 정도로 가깝지 않아 불편함.

공항으로 접근 편리함. 바로근처에 대형마트있음!! . 알림브라 궁전 택시로 20~30분. 위치 좋았음

직원들이 영어를 잘하지 못하나 친절한 서비스를 제공해 주었습니다. 여권과 카드를 제시하였는데 영수증에 국적이 Repulica des Corea가 아닌 corea de norte 로 적혀있어 당황했었지만 재밌는 에피소드라고 생각합니다. 위치는 중심가는 아니지만 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 좋은 시설을 유지하고 있어서 기분좋은 숙박이었습니다.

Location worked out ok for us as close to bus and metro - about 15min walk to train- not a bad place just in need of upgrade and the last uograde a bit poorly done- good bfast and nice staff

Desayuno muy bien. Ubicación muy buena, tiendas de todo tipo alrededor. A un paso del casco antiguo de Granada. Justo en frente de la zona de Pedro Antonio de Alarcón, con pubs, bares de tapas, restaurantes, etc... Zona muy universitaria. A la habitación le faltó un escritorio para poder trabajar, el resto bien. Tiene bar y restaurante con precios un poco elevados, pero con calidad.

Aceptable cumple con lo básico

This place is conveniently located, and comes with a sensible price tag. But the staff isn's always up to par. Their attitude at check-in was indifferent, to say the least. There wasn't really a greeting – the most urgent matter seemed to check my ID. The attitude from the staff at front desk changed between indifferent, effective, nice and warm to indifferent again. DWO... you've got some training to do. I should add that the cleaners were always cheerful and did never fail to greet you (also – they did a good job –the room was always clean). The hotel had only one working elevator, which turned into a nuisance. Breakfast wasn't consistent. Some days, it lacked what was offered yesterday. And little things... like having to replace my keycard twice during a three-night stay. Such thing puts a dent in the experience. Still; it's a hotel that offers you a good location for a decent price. So, dear hotel management, I'm not expecting anything top notch. But a cheerful hello upon check-in, or when you pass the front desk, will not cost you anything.

Flott hotell med veldig bra beliggenhet og service fra alle ansatte. Absolutt å anbefale 👍.

La habitación es amplia y limpia.

Acomodação muito limpa e com troca diária de roupas de cama e banho. A equipe muito atenciosa e pronta a atender.

Gewoon goed

Check-in tôt et très professionnel. Le restaurant à côté est un plus. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni. La climatisation est très efficace mais pas très silencieuse. L’hôtel en général aurait besoin d’un léger rafraîchissement (tout est encore très correct, mais les salles de bain, les couloirs, quelques mobiliers et finitions devraient être revus). La chambre en elle-même est agréable et donne une bonne impression générale. La propreté est bonne. Le parking à proximité est pratique, et les lignes de bus du centre-ville passent en bas. Un supermarché est à côté. En somme, bon hôtel pour une escale courte à Grenade.
