너무 좋았어요.

체크인할 때부터 서비스가 엉망이라 취소 요청을 했으나 사전지불된 건 취소가 불가능하다는 답변만 되풀이하고 고객을 전혀 배려하지 않는 심술궂은 호텔이네요. 취소하느라 들인 시간과 국제전화요금, 정신적 고통은 어디서 보상 받을수 있는지. 호텔닷컴에서 예약할때 사전 비용지뷸은 다시 안할예정입니다.

공항에서 접근도 좋았으며, 친절하고, 올드타운 관광에 최고의 위치 추천합니다

Bra service, trevlig atmosfär

Lovely room, spotlessly clean and luxurious l. The hotel is beautiful and very well placed for walking around Old town. The Spa and breakfast are chefs kiss good.

Hotellin sijainti hyvä, keskellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Hotelli on vanhassa rakennuksessa, joten huoneet erilaisia ja paljon portaita. Aamiainen erinomainen, monipuolinen, oli hedelmiä ja tuoretta leipää sekä kuohuviiniä. Uima-allas pieni, mutta mukava rentoutukseen päivän kävelyn jälkeen.

The windows of half the rooms overlook the inner years with the reception with music playing till 22.00. Very noisy for those who have rooms facing the inner yard. On Saturday they held a weeding inside the hotel with very loud music and lots of people screaming and shouting on the front floor - all of this very well heard in my room. Could not sleep until midnight, before it was very loud. The reception employees didn’t care much and said I had to a wept this kind of noise.

Fantastisk som vanlig

Very beautiful little hotel with courteous and knowledgeable workers. Right in the heart of Old Town. Excellent location from which to walk to the sites as well as great restaurants.

According to Hotels.com, this hotel provides valet parking. They don't and finding their parking lot amongst the maze of pedestrianised streets is very unpleasant. The bathroom is very out-dated and not very clean (black mold around the bathtub). I wouldn't stay here again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d’être mis dans une chambre dans la catégorie inférieure à celle réservée et payée. Nous l’avons signalé mais il n’y avait pas de solution possible. La différence de prix n’a pas été remboursée et aucun geste proposé. Assez malhonnête ! Après l’hôtel est très bien situé et charmant. La chambre bien insonorisée, lit confortable. Le personnel jeune pas très agréable et ne comprend pas très bien l’anglais, service pas à la hauteur d’un 5 pour cela. Par contre le monsieur plus âgé était adorable. Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles non plus
