위치가 매우 좋고 조용한 호텔입니다. 호텔옆에 유명한 피자집과 베트남 쌀국수식당이 있어서 괜찮습니다. 추천할수있는 호텔입니다

Wasn’t very clean and beds were terrible

it was close to the Canada Place! which made our stay worth it

The room was spacious and a nice view ... a bit disappointed there was no lounge or restaurant in the hotel Also I could not use the pool as it was closed for a private function

The staff was great and informative. The room was spacious, and the hotel is in a great location.

I feel confused about how this property had such high ratings. The pictures listed I feel are quite misleading. There was zero view from our room compared to the comparable pictures on the listing for our room type and we were onto 9th floor. There are only 12 floors. Our view was straight to the side of a brown stucco wall. Also the beds definitely do not feel pillow top or luxury at all. The room is quite tight quarters as well. The fridge also didn't work and the AC is set to minimum limit temperature it would allow you to set temp to. The bedroom was very hot during the night. It was clean so giving 2 stars vs 1. It wasn't a terrible place but compared to ratings and listing info I don't feel it lives up to what it's advertising.

This hotel is not an Auberge in any way. Finding it is a chore since it occupies only certain floors of the office building g that houses the Termanil City Club

Spacious and luxury room

Great location, price and quality.

Room was nice, but hotel is bit old and dated. Was supposed to include access to gym, but gym attendant bit of an ass and wouldn’t let me. Very annoying.

By mistake I booked for 2 for a suit that fit 4 and usually the price is the same when I checked in I was honest and told them we are 2 adult 2 kids they said will add $150 my booking was $205 so how how come adding 2 kids $150. Was very disappointing and will never go back to this hotel

There were no instructions for parking prior to our arrival which created difficulties and an expensive parking fee. The hotel facility was not luxurious as i was lead. Overall pretty and satisfied.

Not really sure why this isn’t rated higher. We had a great time, room was super clean, the staff was very friendly, they provide water bottles and don’t charge you. Price was really good, loved our stay!!

Excellent location and amazing staff.

Everything was great for the most part, location is ideal. Room was clean and the fitness / pool facility is very nice. The bed was just not very comfortable and could use an update.

Room was beautiful and staff were amazing!

Beautiful large suite, views of the city and spotless. Loved having access to the pool and fitness center at the terminal city club.
