우선 위치가 어마하게 좋아요. 제가 여행할때 가장 중요하게 보는 점인데요 워터프런트역과 캐나다플레이스(현지투어 여행사 집결장소)가 엄청 가까워서 이동할 때 편해요. 건물도 예쁘고 로비도 넓고 깔끔하고 직원들도 친절해요. 다만 딱 한가지 아쉬운 점은 난방이 아직이더라구요. 10월하순에 밴쿠버 너무 추웠는데 냉방 온오프만 있고 난방이 안 되서 추웠어요ㅠㅠ 히터 가져다 주려냐고 하는데 그게 그 앞에만 따뜻하니까 그냥 됐다고 했어요. 그리고 호텔 조식 먹으면 편한데 식당이 없는 건 좀 아쉬웠어요.

Although this was an amazing and beautiful property with exceptional service, there were a few simple things that had a mild impact on our stay. For example, having no pop machine on site and also the lighting in the bathroom is not very suitable for applying makeup. Also the beds are quite firm. Don’t get me wrong, I would stay here again but just wanted to mention a few things.

View. Room size, staff was top notch.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was beautiful and very clean and well stocked. Loved the fitness area and pool. Also, I really appreciate the recycling bin in the room having the sections for different types! Very helpful and I love knowing my recycling is actually being dealt with properly instead of all going in the same bin and potentially ending up trash.

Room had excellent views and was quite roomy. Excellent location.

Rude staff, poor service, no hospitality

This hotel is fantastic. Our expectations were slightly low from looking at the pictures as we thought it might be a little dated, but the views and room size and the friendliness of the staff made up for slightly older facilities. We had a corner suite with a view of the harbour and it was stunning. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again as long as I had a harbour view.

Thought the boutique hotel would have offered a cool vibe. It is wedged into the side of a commercial building. Our room looked into a brick wall 4 feet from our window, making the room dark. The bathroom sink/counter was very small. There was no restaurant on the premises and only a Nepresso machine for coffe.

Good position near cruise terminal , no breakfast available or food at accommodation, lighting in room was bad not light enough , got early check in which was a bonus

We highly recommend Hotel Auberge. Everyone was so helpful, we were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a view of the harbour. The room was lovely, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Location was great for Canada Place and Gastown.

Our room was very nice. Plenty of room. Nice large living area with beautiful views of the port & ocean. The hotel was very clean and it’s so close to the port, we were able to walk all our luggage there within a few minutes. The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for any occasion and especially if you plan on boarding a cruise ship at the port.

Staff was excellent- porter even handled my luggage to cruise port. Location is excellent. Which they had a cafe so you could pick up a coffee or sandwich without having to go out

This is a great location for those leaving on a cruise. It’s very walkable super close to the cruise port and the hotel is very nice. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating and it’s a great location. Many nearby dining locations and options. There’s a really great bakery just across the street and down half a block, which has a nice breakfast options and good coffee. I am not a fan of the Nespresso in the room, but there are definitely multiple nearby places to get coffee

Very close to the cruise port. We were able tobwalk their ourselves with our suitcase and my mother's walker. They offer a porter service as well to walk your bags with you on a luggage rack but we didnt end up needing it.
