더 이상 평가를 달기에 부족하리 만치 훌륭했다. 도나우 강과 부다성의 접근이 용이하고, 숙소가 널찍하며 가격대비 매우 만족, 게다가 모든 스탭의 친절과 유머는 역대 최고.

Front desk에서 항상 반갑게 맞이하는 직원들이 보기 좋았습니다. 또한 큰길 옆에 위치하고 있어 교통편을 이용하기에도 아주 좋습니다.

클래식한 공간. 오래되었지만 크게 불편함이 없고, 아늑하다. 특히 직원들의 친절한 서비스정신은 기억에 남음.

객실이 굉장히 넓습니다. 그러나 WiFi 속도는 보완이 필요합니다.

모두가 친절했고, 다정했다. 내게 할 수 있는 모든 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력했다. 깨끗한 방에는 간단한 조리시설이 있어 더 좋았다. 조식도 아주 맛있었다. 저녁식사를 호텔 식당에서 먹었는데 그것 또한 내 마음에 들었다.

호텔 바로 앞에 버스 정류장이 있어서 이동하기 편했고, 방의 청결, 편안함, 서비스가 좋았습니다. 그리고 유명 명소로 걸어가기에도 아주 멀지 않아 좋았다.

위치가 바치거리쪽 빼고는 버스타고 한번에 갈수도 없고 트램이나 메트로두 없구 걷기는 멀고 버스는 애매한 위치 최악 그나마 비싼 헝가리물가에 호텔에서 밥해먹을수 있었다는게 위안 다신 부다페스트나 이호텔에 숙박안하겠음

허접한 민박에 머물바엔 값싸고 편하고 관광하기 불편하지 않은 곳으로 추천합니다

전반적으로는 매우 좋은 곳이었습니다. 하지만 와이파이가 제대로 되지 않았고, 엘리베이터도 하루는 되지 않아서 6층까지 캐리어를 끌고 올라가야했습니다.

겉보기에는 매우 낡은 건물이었지만 내부는 엔틱한 느낌에 나름 관리가 잘 되어서 이용하는데 불편이 없었습니다. 위치는 페슈트 쪽 관광지와는 거리가 멀지만 부더 쪽 관광지(왕궁, 어부의 요새, 교회, 겔레르트 언덕)와는 매우 가깝습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 추천합니다.

Good location with warm hearted staff. There is bus stop right infront of hotel and 5-7 stops to city.

I'm from Seoul, Korea. The hotel's pirce is very good, service is also nice. including nice breakfast. Everythings is good. I recommend this hotel. It's near Gelert Hill.......

방은 넓고 청결 교통도 편리 가격대비 만족

시내에서 약간 떨어진 것이 흠이나, 언덕위의 성당등 명소와는 가까움, 이용시기에 따라 가격이 변하니, 상대적으로 저렴할때 예약하면 괜찮을 것임

Great hotel for a visit. Close to everything including grocery store. Nice to have a kitchenette. The only issue I had was the bed. Very old and used mattress which needs to be changed out as soon as possible.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Charles. This was my first visit to Budapest; the hotel is conveniently located on a major bus route, and thus was a good base from which to explore the city. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is generous and excellent. My room was quite comfortable. As the hotel is located on a major thoroughfare, the rooms that face that road are quite noisy. I requested a quieter room and was immediately accommodated. I appreciated the staff's kind, efficient response, and slept well for the rest of my stay.

Classy hotel with friendly staff, excellent English, and we parked our rental car for an extra fee. Good location inside the "city centre" which in Budapest is quite large because great attractions are spread all over this large city, not all together within walking distance. Easy bus and tram connections to all over Budapest.

The staff was fantastic, rooms were clean. The king bed is actually 2 twin beds pushed together. Shower was small and I was excited to see a shower sprayer, body jets and a hand wand. But only the hand wand worked. Not an issue but bummed. Check the hours for breakfast before you head down. We saw the buffet, and there were many choices. We choose not to eat and just have coffee. There is an elevator, but 6 steps are needed to get to it and 6 steps to get to the room floors. They upgraded our room to a suite. It was nice and included a mini kitchen. there is a bus stop right at the hotel, and you can buy bus passes when you check in. Mini fridge is stocked with items that you can purchase.
