나는 이 방에서 이마에 큰 부상을 입었습니다. 나의 부주의함도 있었기 때문에 호텔에 항의하고 싶지는 않았습니다. 방에 들어가보면 알겠지만 침대 위와 소파 위에 머리가 부딪힐 수 있는 구조로 벽이 설계되어 있는데, 아무런 경고문이 붙어있지 않습니다. 머리가 부딪힐 위험이 있으니 "머리를 주의하시오." 같은 경고문을 붙이는 게 좋겠습니다.

직원들도 약간 껄렁껄렁하고 좀 불편하게 대하네요. 그리고 일부러 그렇게 하는지 모르겠지만 새벽에 아예 정전이 되서 불도 안 켜지고 와이파이도 안되서 한국에서 급한 일 처리해야 했는데 너무 불편했어요! 그래서 하루 더 예약해 둔 거 무료취소가 가능해서 급하게 취소하고 다른 데로 예약했네요. 그냥 기본적인 시설에 깔끔한 편입니다.

만족스럽고 호텔도 깔끔하고 친절해요. 다만 너무 방이 작고, 화장실도 콩알만해서 불편했어요

생제르망 근처로 위치가 좋습니다. 생제르망에서 노트르담, 생샤펠이 있는 시떼까지 한번에 갈 수 있습니다. / 접객 서비스도 괜찮았습니다. / 호텔이 시어터, 레스토랑 바로 위에 있어 소음이 간혹 들립니다 / 작고 오래 된 구석이 있지만 머물기 나쁘지 않았습니다 / 호텔이라기 보다는 2인용 호스텔 같은 기분이 들 정도의 숙소 였습니다.

When I booked this hotel the pictures had the look of a quaint boutique hotel. When we arrived, it was as if it was a bait and switch. I never book a hotel under 9.0 and this turned out to be an 8.4 when we looked it up after arriving. The room was tiny and the breakfast buffet was minimal with only eight tables.there was a line of folks waiting to be seated in the tiny room when we finished. The lobby literally had 3-4 seats and a vending machine. The hotel was a bit down a somewhat sketchy alley. I did not pick a winner this time.

Location was very convenient to all the sites and in a great neighborhood. Hotel was clean and renovated. But service was mediocre and hotel had no charm or character. Skip the hotel breakfast. Overpriced in a small room with no ambiance. Much better options nearby.

Great location and walkable

The hotel is ok, decently priced. Beds are not very comfortable, staff merely do the very basic elements of their job, without particular care or attentiveness. Rooms and bathrooms are reasonably clean.

Lovely little hotel in a great location! Less than five minutes to metro and Notre Dame, but far enough back that there are tons of local restaurants/cafes nearby (Highly recommend Pepita for dinner and Maison D’Isabelle for life changing croissants). Staff were all very friendly, and the rooms were spotless. Had breakfast one day and it was okay, very basic. Would stay here again for sure!

We had a great experience at Hotel Central Saint Germain. Room was clean and adequate for our needs. The staff were lovely. The hotel is tucked in a small side street so quiet but still close to the metro and Notre Dame. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Not much shopping, only tourist souvenirs spots. Go to the pharmacy on the corner!

Fantastic staff. AC is great and cold in summer days. Shower and washroom was in great condition. My only feedback would be for management to keep good checklist for maintenance of rooms.

We are a family of 4. The main bed is two twin beds pushed together. Then they gave us a 3rd twin bed and the 4th bed is an uncomfortable folding bed. This made the room super cramped and no space left to move around. There was one chair to sit on and barely enough room to pull it out from the table. The hot water kettle had a leftover dried ramen in it and smelled like vinegar so it was unusable. We had a travel kettle with us so did not bother to ask for it to be changed. I did let housekeeping know it needed to be cleaned. Everything was clean and the actual beds were comfortable, except for the folding bed.

Hotel is centrally located with lots of restaurants nearby. Short walk to the metro, Louvre, and Notre Damn. Room were clean with AC.

Prime location, short walking distance to Louvre, Luxembourg
