Mycket bra

Kanon fint hotell med underbar frukostbuffé ♥️👌 mycket fräscht badrum och sköna sängar. Och ett stort + var mörkläggnings gardinerna , de var verkligen mörkt på rummet även när solen låg på mot fönstret ( mycket tacksamt när man verkligen ville sova ut )

Vi är helnöjda med allt! Sköna sängar o kanonbra frukost! Trevlig personal! Vi hade hund med o han fick ett litet paket med godis mm. Det fanns trevliga Allrum där hunden kunde vara med! Det enda tråkiga var väl området utanför som var en byggarbetsplats…. Ett plus stor ICA butik 75 meter bort!

I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are large, the hotel very clean, and the service desk was excellent with their advice and help. They allowed us to store our luggage on the last day for free. It is important to note, that not all Scandinavian hotels allow you to regulate your room temperature, but this is available at this hotel! Very important should the weather be hot and muggy. The breakfast is excellent and included both a hot and cold buffet which had eggs (both scrambled and boiled), meat balls, bacon, beans, Swedish pancakes (with jam and whipped cream), and a huge assortment of cold cuts, cheeses, pate, breads, oatmeal, coffee/tea and juices + more. Some have criticized this hotel because it is not directly downtown and that there is a short walk to the metro station. However, they have not noticed that there is a bus stop one building over that takes you directly downtown. Since there were 3 of us, it was cheaper to take an uber downtown instead of paying 3 bus tickets and we were at all our downtown destinations within about 10-12 min. There is some construction outside the front door as it appears that a pier is currently being built, but this is not a hindrance. There is also a full grocery store in the next building - not a mere corner store, but full-sized groceries having anything you would ever want to buy, including a fantastic hot/cold buffet that you can pick up and bring back to the hotel. I recommend this hotel very highly!

Väldigt trevligt hotell för familjevistelse med 2 barn 4 och 6 år gamla. Alla uppskattade frukosten, restaurangen kvällstid var dock inte på topp när vi åt där.

Inget att klaga på förutom att det tog väldigt lång tid att få sin mat i restaurangen.

Bra men lite för varmt och kändes instängt

Tvålarna kan bytas ut mot nåt mindre doft,inte kul att lukta rakbatten

Big renovation around making it difficult to reach from Silja harbour and bad signs to guide... I did not know it beforehand would have booked downtown hotel as booked mainly because thought easy walk with my small son. Breakfast very good. No fridge in the room very bad:) clean&big room

é un buon hotel, ottimi servizi, ci sono praticamente tutti, palestra, sauna, area giochi, ristorante scarso, personale molto disponibile e competente, vicino alla metropolitana. letti comodissimi.

Iso miinus oli, että huoneissa ei ollut jääkaappia.

Leider war da Zimmer viel zu warm. Man hatte keine Möglichkeit das Fenster zu öffnen, um frische Luft herein zu lassen. Am letzten Morgen haben wir eine Frühstücksbox bestellt, da wir zeitig abreisen mussten. Es gab Wurst, Käse, Joghurt..., aber kein Brot dazu. Außerdem wollten wir noch einen Kaffee mitnehmen und mussten diesen bezahlen. Wie soll man das verstehen. Beim Frühstück hätten wir auch Getränke erhalten. Die junge Dame an der Rezeption war ziemlich unhöflich, gähnte vor uns und schien uninteressiert. Schade das wir einen so unerfreulichen Abschied hatten.

Bra hotel men väldigt dålig service vid middagen. God frukost.

Lite trångt rum och kuddarna passade inte oss men annars var det bra.

Hotelli sijaitsi hienolla paikalla aivan Silja-Tallink terminaalin vieressä. Tukholman keskustaan on vajaa 5km matkaa. Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Huone oli hieno ja siisti jossa parisänky ja kerrossänky. Ainoa miinus ettei ollut minibaaria jossa voisi viilentää juomia eikä vedenkeitintä joihin monessa hotellissa olemme tottuneet.

We had a great family stay at the Scandic! Even though it seemed far from downtown Stockholm, we managed to go to and fro with public transportation and make the most out of the city. Staff in reception is very friendly and helpful, and breakfast super varied and abundant.
