완벽한 뷰가 정말 좋았다

1) 체크인할때 서류에 서명하라고 주는 볼펜통에 볼펜 스무개도 더 있던데요. 그거 일일이 닦고 두시는거 같지 않습니다. 그런 세심함이 아쉽습니다. 2) 방안에 모기도 있어요. 청소후 환기후 모기에 대한 조치가 필요할 듯 합니다. 전자모기향 같은거라도... 3) 와이파이가 잘 안붙어요. 전반적인 와이파이 점검이 필요할 듯 합니다.

1층방에 배정받았는데..2층 올라가는계단 층간소음 있고 화장실이 별로인편이예요

Staff was great. The room needed more care.

No one told us the restaurants were closed. We came from Edmonton and got there late. Since this hotel is out of the town of jasper, we didn’t have any options for food and didn’t plan for not being able to eat at the restaurant

Great time to visit in November. The staff took the time to explain the features of the lodge. The room was very clean and simple. It covered all our needs for the stay.

Didn’t go to the hot tub. The restaurant wasn’t open. Breakfast was just a muffin or apple. Wrong time of year for those things.

We needed to ask for more towels, even though we booked for 4 people in the room we didn’t have that many towels. They didn’t have the bikes available to use as advertised. And although we asked for a late check out our room keys didn’t work until the new set checkout time. It was still a lovely place for the price.

Great place to stay next to Jasper with your dog. Restaurant is very good.

Rummet var mysig och hade fint utsikt med egen balkong med stolar. Det fanns också en eldstad. Fräck badrum. Bryggan utanför hade fint utsikt mot sjön

There was a huge blue stain on the carpet where I stayed and the towels also didn’t look fresh in the washroom because they also had stains on it when I entered. Management was great about replacing the bathroom towels and providing amenities (coffee, cutlery if needed) so that was wonderful.

Room was great, view from the room is beautiful, adirondacks out front are so wonderful.

We loved the location as it was away from town and very quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a place to completely unwind, and be away from traffic and busyness of the town, this is ideal. The property is clean and modern. We stayed with cats and they absolutely loved hanging out by the lake and also walking along the wooded trails. We will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was not free, but it was amazing! Location was perfect with breathtaking views and nearby hiking.

All stuffs are polite and friendly. The room is clean. The only issue was the heating/cooling system is very noisy.

Très belle endroit. Connexion wi-fi très limitée. Nous avons eu un souci avec la première chambre et le personnel a été très réactif et nous a proposé un surclassement.

This property is beautiful. We were looking for quiet and relaxing and this was the perfect place . The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful! The dining room staff were so kind and friendly .the dining options on the menu were awesome - food was exceptional . The perfect place for a quiet get away .we will be back
