Clean & updated within the last 2 years. Comfortable, but mattress smelled.

I must say I was disappointed that a Holiday Inn's rooms were so cramped. Even the small luggage carts were hard to manage thru the small elevator and hallways. The staff was excellent but I could not believe the hotel charged extra for parking. And also extra for a breakfast. We just went to a restaurant.

The outdoor pool was amazing and the rooms were very clean. Would stay there every time I visit Steamboat springs.

The hotel is nice, but we paid about $300 per night, so the price did not match the hotel category. The service was good, but we were not instructed we needed to request the room to be cleaned so it did not get cleaned even after I requested.

The room was very clean. The staff is very nice. There is a restaurant on site, which was very convenient.

The hotel is very old and expensive. The air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep.There was no continental breakfast. The hotel and room smelled bad and musty. Had breakfast at the attached restaurant. The food was not good and barely warm.

The service at the restaurant was horrible. Hotel staff was great

They were short staffed at the out door bar and dining area. Very slow service in the late afternoon and in the morning for free breakfast.

El lugar estabas sencillo simplemente lo que no me gustó es que en el baño no había shampoo y el personal en la puerta nos cobraron por parqueadero adicional y la verdad no me gustó como se portó con nosotros el que nos atendió

This hotel was terrible it had bad from the early 1800s. They were hard as a rock hurt most of the family's back sleeping on them. The restaurant serve cold food and took forever to wait on us they couldn't even toast the bread when we did order toast.

Good location for price. Property is older and a little shabby compared to others but for the price and amenities it is great. Hotel staff wonderful generally. One of the bus drivers was a little grumpy and seemed put out by our using the bus…

The hot tub and outdoor swimming pool were nice, it was still a little chilly for outdoor swimming, but the hot tub was spot on. And the beer outside in the lawn was nice also.

I stayed here one night for an event in town. Staff was great, beds were comfy, rooms were clean! I would recommend.

Cleanliness was par at best. Other than that, the hotel was good but not great.

Some of the outdoor and indoor activities/equipment were run down. Room was nice, modern and clean. Resturant was mediocre though staff was good.

It was nice,clean. Beautiful view. Food and live music was great
