우리나라 서부역 느낌입니다. 중앙역 뒷골목에 있는 느낌입니다. 호텔도 상당히 노후 된것 같습니다. 저희는 가족여행으로 호텔에서는 거의 잠자는 시간외에 있지않았지만... 가족여행이라면 다른곳을 추천하고 싶습니다.

Quiet satisfied with staying Ramada Napoli But shower head was not working at all... I had to spend some hard time with bath tub. I reported the problem, but they couldn't do anything because I only stayed one night there.

Very nice to stay at Ramade Naples. Very good interior and facilities. Good location. Fantastic for the price. I'd like to stay at Ramade Naples again.

I recommend the hotel Ramada Napoli. The room was spacious and clean. The quality of service was good. I checked-in 1 hour early for no extra charge, thankfully. Unfortunately, I had the only 1 thing I felt bad for the hotel. In the room and the bathroom , an light bulb was blink each room. It was not a serious problem, but I told the front on the way to trip of the day and they promised me it would be fixed when I was back. But there is no fixing and they didn't inform of it when I was back the night. The problem was not a serious thing. If they informed me the reason that they couldn't fix the light bulbs, I could understand their no-action for them.

The price is very good, luggage keeping service, location, room cleaning are all good but napoli-city is very dirty.

Everything was great.

Old property. No shampoo in the bathroom. Mattress lopsided. Linens looked clean. Bathroom sink and tub were clean. Towels old. Breakfast was decent. This hotel is close to Naples train station that was convenient for me.

Room was large and nice, needed a little TLC. Area around the hotel isn't great. Americans if you have never traveled to Italy / Europe before: wash cloths are not usually provided ; the have A/C but it does not work great ; the room key card has to be placed in a slot to turn the power on to the room, so when you leave the power goes off.

the Ramada is a nice hotel roughly 5 minutes from Naples Central train station & Garibaldi metro station area looks a bit sketchy however it was extremely safe ( even late @ night ) the hotel itself is fairly dated but everything you need for a weekend break is provided pros : decent size room , big bed , fridge in room , nice hot shower , good wifi connection. good housekeeping & reception staff cons : room is a bit dated , shower in bath not separate wasnt ideal for me & the TV service was very poor other than that its a good place to stay a special mention to the lovely VALENTINA @ reception who provided a room on arrival allowing me to check in early & the very knowledgeable DARIO who helped find me locations to make the weekend easier & more enjoyable

L’hôtel est assez ancien mais très propre. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et serviable. Quant au petit déjeuner, il contentera tous les gourmands. Je recommande à 100 %

This hotel is just a short walk from the train station and right in the middle of the bustling city. Just a heads up, the AC is centralized and fixed at one temperature, so if you want it cooler, you'll have to crack open the window a bit. But be warned, it only opens about an inch, and the street noise can get pretty loud. The room has a nice modern vibe and is clean, but the staff weren't particularly memorable—neither rude nor overly friendly. The breakfast options were pretty average; I noticed the same few items for all four days we stayed. Lots of bread, cookies, croissants, and muffins—definitely a calorie overload and not much in the way of protein. I probably won't return to this hotel.
