I originally posted a poor review because Expedia notified me I couldn’t get a refund even if the whole town power outage ment I couldn’t go to a restaurant or market for food. Since then, the Silver Maple Inn went out of their way to make sure I got my refund. Stephanie at the front desk made sure that I was reimbursed. I highly recommend a stay here.

Other than not having a usb plug to charge my phone & lap top everything else was great.

We actually never made it to the property. We checked in online and when we started traveling, got an alert about evacuations caused by a wildfire that closed the highway. When we called, the manager rejected our request for a refund. Initially denying there was a road closure, then saying there was an alternate route (that would have added 3 hours to a 2 hour drive) Finally she saw we booked thru Expedia and sent us there. Expedia attempted to contact to resolve. They reported that they spoke with her and she refused. We will specifically avoid this establishment on our future trips through Mammoth.

Nice staff, property is falling apart. Room is super small, noisy, not enough electrical outlets. The heating system will keep you awake at night.

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr gut! Die Zimmer waren wunderschön eingerichtet und es wurden auch Brettspiele (waren bereits im Zimmer) zur Verfügung gestellt. Der kleine Whirlpool war gut beheizt und läd zum Entspannen ein. Zusammengefasst ein liebevoll geführter Betrieb und sehr empfehlenswert.

Very comfortable and clean place! Two years in a row. The heater needed a filter replacement and the soap dispenser was hard to use but other than that, very good experience.

Tired but very well maintained. The breakfast was limited but very nice and the dining area is charming.

Only stayed one night here but it was great. We checked in late and our keys were kindly left at the reception for us to collect on arrival. Parking was easy, take a space and put the supplied permit on display. Lodge that we had was perfect, one king bed and one sofa bed more than enough for 3 adults - place was tidy on arrival

I chose this hotel because on Expedia the price was good and the rating was 8.8 -- Excellent. Let me start by saying that the only room I saw was mine --- #12. Maybe there are others that are better. This was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. It had a double bed -- I don't think a queen would fit. There was no closet or facility to hang up anything. If they had included such a facility then there would not have been room for the tiny bathroom. It was SMALL!

This review is solely for the worst check in experience at this inn. I was basically charged 3x for the same trip. I had previously paid in full on Expedia 2 weeks prior. Then when I arrived early morning asking when I could check in, front desk girl named Princess said to come back at 2 and proceeded to charge my CC for 2 nights unbeknownst to me. Then I came back at 4 for check in and the front desk guy charged my CC again! OMG this was THE worst experience at this inn. I had to complain to Expedia and CC to rectify the situation. I never even got an apology from this inn. Very unprofessional and zero accountability. On the other hand the room was nice and clean. I would only come back if they get new management and staff. Room rated A. Management rated F.

Did not like breakfast

I rented the suite for my two teenage kids and myself the kitchen was awesome. The loft with the beds was awesome. The morning breakfast was a nice treat. We still made breakfast in our rooms and dinner in our rooms. We snowboarding every day. location was close to the ski lift.

I’ve been staying there for a number of years.every experience there has been great I have not once had a bad experience.staff has always gone above and beyond to make sure a guest (s) truly enjoy their time there.the breakfast that’s included really hits the spot always very tasty.for myself there has never been any dislikes about this B&B!!

They had ear plugs in a dish by the bed!

We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Bear. Room was cozy & clean, amenities were great, their complimentary breakfast included was also great, which included in room price. We will definitely return again in future.

Always enjoy staying here.myself there was nothing not to like about this B&B.

Cute hotel, but dated. Couldn't adjust the heat. Breakfast was meager, with canned fruit instead of fresh. Staff was very friendly, so that's a plus!
