Excelente ubicación

The room was semi clean, dust on the floor in a lot of places. We walked into the bathroom, hair in the toilet and dust on the floor. Shower head doesn’t adjust. We had a little coffee maker and ice bucket but not coffee nor ice machine on any floor. The place is outdated. Closet door would get stuck every time we opened or closed it. Same with the drawers on the big dresser. Also, the window in our room didn’t open at all, we were in the 3rd floor. My mom was on the 4th floor and her window opened a little at the top. The AC worked great though, lol. Oh, we got the “free” breakfast included, but it only counted for 1 of us, so we had to pay for my bf. We were 2 in a room. Breakfast was ok on some days and other days were better. The location of the hotel was perfect, near everything! We were able to walk to any place. We had rented a car and didn’t need it.

Respecto a la habitación, limpia pero ya están rotas las colchas, me molesto que a mi auto le cambiaron la frecuencia de la radio, supongo estuvieron escuchando el radio y no estoy deacuerdo, me da inseguridad el servicio de valet parking y no nos dieron la bebida de cortesía, incluso venia la indicación en la hoja chec in

Property in great location. Near restaurants and main streets. Property very old and many glitches. We had no water at one point during our stay. We stay in the 7th floor and our room smell like sewage. We discovered it was a small opening under the sink which it was covered but if you move the cover smell bad :/ beds super hard. Towels missing. I definitely think they have room to upgrade the place. Front desk staff was very nice thought.

Nice location. Also very clean and high room. The location it’s right on the downtown. So you have plenty of ATMs, stores, restaurant, bars, coffee shops. There is also gym on the property.

Excelente ubicación, lamentablemente el edificio ya tiene muchos años y le urge una remodelación.

Un hotel muy céntrico, si lo que quieres es conocer la ciudad de noche, definitivamente esta es una muy buena opción. Que no me gustó? Que la reservación decía cama queen y me dieron una matrimonial. Recomendación, no desayunar en el Sanborns, hay mejores lugares y con mejor atención.

Habitación limpia, amplia y bonita. El área de regadera demasiado pequeña y el valet tarda demasiado en traer el auto, fuera de eso todo excelente
