Our arrival at the hotel around 10 AM was challenging. Hotel staff perform multiple duties and there is not always someone at the front desk to open the door. We were forced to wait on the sidewalk for about a half hour until another guest left because there is no communication device at the front door. (Word of advice - make sure your cellular plan is active before you arrive.) However, from the moment we finally met a staff member, we felt the staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Our room was basic but was spacious and very clean. Breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Leah and Annabelle were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was hearty and tasty. Rooms are a bit small but they are clean which was more important for us. The hotel is conveniently located near trains and buses.

We were so happy we made this choice to stay here. When we entered the hotel we were greeted like we were old friends. We were pleasantly surprised how clean and updated the rooms were. Has great charm and enjoyed the breakfast. They called the cab service for us to bring us to the cruise terminal. Well worth the cost.

I Love our stay there . The location is perfect for that little walks , and there was restaurants and food along the street .The staff are all accommodating , and very very nice . Good place for your money and the breakfast so good . Love the coffee and sausage and eggs .
