처음에 침대 바닥 청소가 약간 덜 된 상태였습니다. 그리고 창문이 완전히 닫히지 않아서(약간의 틈이 있더군요) 찬바람이 좀 들어오고 시끄러웠습니다. 그래도 직원들은 모두 친절했고, 아침식사도 무척 좋았습니다. 그외 나머지 사항은 다 좋았습니다.

Super stat and closed to the u-bahn

Wir waren generell sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend! Die Zimmer sind ein klein wenig altbacken, aber sauber. Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht richtig funktioniert.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer. Bei beiden lief das Wasser in der Dusche nicht ab. Schlechter Allgemeinzustand des Bades. Toilettenbrille von oben vergilbt. Das könnte man schnell beheben. Für den Zustand viel zu teuer.

War alles in Ordnung.

This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property—more like 2.5 stars. The staff were great and the rooms were clean, but it’s definitely better advertised than it actually is. Also, one floor seemed to be used for long-term housing to immigrants, which made it unclear what type of place it really is.

Very nice place to stay in Hamburg. Central and close to a lot of city facilities. The breakfast was not that expectational, but worked. You could enjoy the gym and the spa in this hotel. The Stuff specially Mr. Dag was very nice and all of them were very helping and welcoming. I injoyed my stay there.

The room at NH Hamburg Horner Rennbahn was okay, but we had some problems with the key card. It seems both the card and the door reader are old, so it did not always work properly. The reception staff were kind and helpful, especially "Birol", "Mariam", and the man working the night shift during our stay. Breakfast was okay, but the selection was limited, so I would not really recommend it.

As always a clean comfy room. Great location as our dearest friends live an easy drive. Beds made up separately so able to have father and adult son sleep in ther own beds.

Hotel was in a poor condition and did not feel like a four star hotel. Check-in took a very long time. Parking was not locked but still cost 13 euro. Cannot be recommended.

Zimmer war gut. Frühstück hätte etwas mehr Abwechslung vertragen können.4 Tage immer das gleiche.

Das Frühstück war tatsächlich das Beste qas ich bislang jemals in einem Hotel bekommen habe!

Das Zimmer war gut, 4 Etage zur Straße, diese hört man ein bisschen. Aber es war OK. Leider hier und da mittlerweile ein paar Schönheitsfehler und in die Jahre gekommen. Lampen mit Klebereste, gesprungen Fliesen an der Duschwand,Gardinen fleckig,etc. Wir hatten einen Tag Frühstück, 24€ pro Person, war auch OK, es gab eine gute Auswahl. Die Rezeption war aufmerksam.

Großen Dank an die netten Herren am Abend an der Rezeption - mega!!
