객실은 편안해요

너무 만족입니다

Hansaring에서 걸어서 15분 정도 걸려 짐을 가지고 이동하긴 다소 머나 주변 영화관과 음식점들이 있어 편리함

It was very clean hotel and the staffs were friendly. It’s walking distance from the city center (around 15-20min) so didn’t feel neccessary to take a public transport. I’ll definitely stay again for my next trip in Cologne.

big room and good location. perfect!

깨끗하고 편안한 호텔이었슴. 호텔 직원들도 친절하고 아침 조식부페도 좋았슴.

우선 출입구가 적어 출입시 불편함과 그마져도 투숙 기간동안 출입구 회전문이 파손 되었슴에도 빨리 복구가 안되어 불편했다. 외곽에 위치해 있어 저녁 활동이 불편했고 방음시설이 잘 안되어 있는 듯 하다. 전체적인 평가로는 호텔로서의 안락함이 부족했다.

Alles bestens

Ualmindelig god og venlig service fra alle de ansatte vi var i kontakt med. Hotellet ligger fremragende i forhold til at se centrum med lille sø udenfor. På trods af fin vejledning til P-hus lidt svært at finde hotelindgangen.

Het leek alsof de AC niet werkte op de kamer . Was wel wat warm in de kamer . Het is mooi gelegen maar voor mensen die niet van lopen houden iets te verre loopafstand naar het centrum. Parkeren onder het hotel, was niet makkelijk te vinden . Navigatie stuurt je niet goed aan. Let op borden !

We stayed here as a one night stay as a family on route down to Switzerland, it was a little challenging to find the hotel park through google maps and were provided with a room with two doubles when I had asked for single beds in the children room but the hotel staff where really accommodating and helpful. We all slept amazing well after a long journey.

Es war sehr schön aber was zu bemängeln war die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ergiebig

We had a great stay for 3 nights here. It was such a beautiful location - lovely walking out to the water, and behind was a lovely park. The bed was comfy, room was spacious. We had to take the key card out at night as it was really loud (the actual slot seemed to make a vibration noise, as well as the air con). We also said we’d appreciate another pillow, although they probably would’ve provided them had we asked. We didn’t eat here or have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Overall a great stay, thanks very much!
