The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was busy but well-stocked. We enjoyed the pool. Although there were some renovations going on, we did not hear anything, and the workers we did encounter were courteous.

It was decent, the beds were a little hard and the breakfast was as expected from a chain. Very crowded breakfast area

Love the option to shuttle to Universal. Wish there were more shuttle times.

The people are kind and the rooms are very comfortable, but the breakfast is the only thing I did not like, was the same the whole days

We only stayed one night. It was good for the price. Easy to get to. And easy self parking.

The pool area had peeling paint everywhere, pool was filthy, hot tub broken, continental breakfast selection and quality worst we have ever experienced, odor in hotel, carpets old and ripped throughout, blanket not replaced when housekeeping came, elevators frequently broken

Dirty smelly not what I asked for! You said there was a view Hotels.com charged me $100 more than comfort inn for a view I never got! 10/10 don’t recommend! Never ever again! Using my points then I’m out!

The rooms looked newly renovated and were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The hallways were dirty and very worn out. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was eggs, sausage and waffles. Coffee was nice and had decaf and regular and strength options. :-)

The room was well kept. Staff was friendly

I like the free breakfast and was close to the airport not far and close to restaurants

I like how its was near all the shopping areas and Disney world also

I found an insect on the restroom
