가족여행 중 6박을 힐튼에서 했는데 모든 직원들이 친절했고 매일 조식때마다 반갑게 맞이해 주었다 그리고 에어팟을 놓고 와서 연락을 했더니 보관해 주는 등 친절도, 신뢰도 100%였다^^

룸 컨디션은 좋았지만 서비스가 너무 별로고 조식 공간이 너무 별로였네요.. 미리 페이 완료했는데 체크아웃 시 숙박료를 내라고 하길래 실랑이 벌이고 트레이니에게 데스크를 맡겨놓고 헤매고 있는데도 아무도 안도와주더라고요. 힐튼 브랜드에 너무 안맞는 서비스가 좀 아쉽네요.

첫날 시스템상의 문제인지 호텔측 실수로 불편을 겪었으나 그 이후 대처 서비스가 괜찮았습니다. 조식도 먹을만 했어요. 그리고 주변에 먹을곳 마트가 많고 위치가 좋아요

Go to Citadines Islington instead. At the Hilton I booked a last minute room (a junior suite, the only room available) for a very high rate, and while the staff were all helpful, the room was pretty terrible. It was a large, single room with old contract carpeting very aged furniture and as for the "suite" elements, while the room was very large, it was largely empty except for two extra armchairs in a corner. Having stayed at the Citadines nearby, I can say that it is much refreshed, but with likely smaller rooms.

The hotel was okay I expected better for the price and it being a hilton. It served a purpose but abit over priced for what you got

Stayed this past weekend for 4 nights. There is NO AC. The lobby was great, they didn’t alert us there was no AC therefore the rooms felt humid and +85 degrees all day all night. They flat out omitted this simple detail. I asked them they said it was the heat wave. Yet the lobby was cool. The next morning I asked housekeeping they confirmed it’s been like that for a while. Like it was normal. I told them that was unacceptable. They told someone and brought us a old clunky fan that was broken. The fan did nothing. I heard another customer demanding a refund at the front. They kept talking guest. Later I found there are reviews complaining for the same issue. The bathroom shower was moldy also. Today we checked out and the receptionist knew what was coming. She never asked how was the stay. We are so disappointed at the hotel and Expedia for promoting this place. Stays in London are expensive to have to suffer all night of heat excersion nausea, headache and weakness. A refund is the less they can do for such a horrid stay at the Hilton London Angel Islington

Great staff. Convenient location.

Good location, large room, quiet at night, nice touch to have basket of snacks included. Car park is a good feature but the car wash guys were annoying trying to block the ramp to almost force you to use them and having to go pay in the buisness centre seemed an unnecessary faff would rather pay on booking/check out

Reasonable room for the price. Parking underneath was convenient but v pricey. Breakfast was relaxed and tasty.

Air conditioning throughout the hotel not working. I was told they were trying to get someone to mend it… which doesn’t sound encouraging.

I stayed here for the Arsenal Victory Parade. This is a really good location, very close to the parade path. Loved it

Rent og sentralt hotell i en koselig del av London. Et steinkast fra Camden passage, undergrunnstasjonen Angel og flere busstopp. Hyggelige ansatte og en fantastisk dusj. Sengene var litt harde.

Always impressed by the Hilton standards and the Islington location didn’t let down. Great location accessible by walking and transit, and we enjoyed getting around and going to the Arsenal match which was heavily walkable! The staff were very helpful and friendly and we arranged for laundry via a vendor they work with to have the clothes available at reception. Rooms and beds were comfy and quiet, we enjoyed being in the heart of north London and will be back on our next travels!
