A little bit dated and tired but still fine . Beware the beds on wheels - move when you lean/sit on them Pool not heated - guess not needed here much but wasn’t that hot when we were there Delicious meal in restaurant on site

Bar lounge is amazing.

Room incredibly tired and smelt dirty and of old cigarette smoke. Towels were worn and also smelt bad. Definitely a 3 star - not 4 star. Expensive for the room and would not return.

Die Anlage ist sehr üppig, viele Pflanzen, eingesäumt und sicher, zudem gut gelegen. Eine Guest Laundry ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Essen: Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut. Das Hotel verfügt über ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant; sehr empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Dirty bathroom area floor hole in the ceiling above shower. Leaking toilet. Resurant food good room service burger great. Drinks great . Great big room . Would stay again

Food fresh & varied

As soon as i arrived, the staff were so welcoming, helpful, I got upgraded. I felt very safe and the restaurant food was amazing.

Das Zimmer war angemessen sauber, das Frühstück reichhaltig. Lobend erwähnen möchte ich Bartender George, der mit seiner Freundlichkeit und seinem "good sense of humour" gute Laune versprühte.

The Mercure gives you the impression that it was once a motel that was revamped. It is not the most accessible property however it does have a swimming pool, a decent restaurant that serves a buffet breakfast and a nice dinner menu. It’s well located in a short walking distance from town.

Bar was well stocked and friendly service. The property recovered well since the floods in the area.

Food over-priced, but I had a very nice evening meal of duck. Lunch the previous day not so good as the steak in my steak sandwich had not been trimmed of the gristle, making it difficult to eat. Overall, a reliable, not extraordinary, place to stay.

Breakfast was very good. Rooms were excellent. Staff were helpful. Bar was ok.

No housekeeping or maintenance over the Easter weekend. I appreciate staff want to be with their families over the holiday but this is the hospitality industry and I would expected better service

Due for some refurbishment. And could do with more staff in the restaurant.

Nice room, comfortable beds. Good shower, very friendly and professional staff.

Nette kamer met minibar en buro. Meubilair wat verouderd, badkamer uitstekend. Best leuk zwembad en goed restaurant en bar. Prima voor 3 sterren. Winkeltje had niet veel. Op loopafstand van centrum met redelijk veel restaurantjes en winkels.

Large room, comfortable beds and good shower. Nice restaurant food, and bar, reasonable prices. Very friendly and professional staff.
