첫날 너무 구석쪽 방을 주셔서 바꿔달라 했더니 친절히 다른방으로 바꿔주셨구요 몰랐는데 한국인 메니저가 있더라구요 라군 바로 앞에 있고 나이트 마켓, 카지노, 터미널 모두 도보권이구요 위치는 정말 짱입니다. 망설이지 말고 예약하셔도 좋을듯

직원들이 매우 친절하고 나이스함. 청결함은 살짝 떨어지지만 라군이나 마트나 여러가지 접근성이 너무 좋음.

주변이 좋습니다

주변 관광을 하거나 쇼핑을 하기 아주좋은 위치에 있는 것 같습니다,. 다만 청결도는 조금 ,,, 수건을 빨아서 쓰거나 매일 가져다써야하는게 조금 불편했고 ,,마지막날 바퀴벌레 나와서 좀 별로였어요

Great location, but a few areas could be improved The location of Mantra Esplanade is excellent, right on the Cairns Esplanade, and the property was clean on arrival. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to assist with anything we needed. Unfortunately, our check in was delayed by around two hours due to cleaning. We had been up since 4am for our flight, so the wait felt very long. While the delay itself would have been understandable, we were repeatedly told it “wouldn’t be long.” A more accurate estimate would have been helpful, as we would have been happy to leave our bags and return once the room was ready. The property also felt quite dated. There was visible water damage in the hallway where a pipe had recently been repaired, and our room looked older and different from the photos shown at booking. That said, the room itself was very clean, which we appreciated. We also found the room lacked some basic amenities we would expect at this price point. There were no bedside lamps and no convenient area to make tea or coffee, so everything had to be prepared in the bathroom. Given the cost of the stay, this was surprising. Overall, the location is fantastic and the staff were lovely, but the dated rooms, check in experience, and lack of some basic amenities did affect our stay. I’m glad we experienced it, but based on this visit, I’m not sure we would choose to stay again.

Great location but was given the end room with no sun light at all

Great hotel, great location

Handy location right on esplanade. Good to have a small kitchen to cook in and located close to the supermarket. Nice balcony but the outdoor furniture needs an upgrade and the balcony floor wasn’t very clean. Nice pool facilities and everything felt safe. Everything was functional but a little dated and needing some maintenance. The bed was very comfortable

Very convenient location - right on the esplanade, opposite the "beach" swimming area with loads of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Very easy to get to Marina for day trips and other attractions such as Night Markets and Rusty's Fruit Market. Nice balcony and good kitchen if you want to be able to eat in. Was a bit noisy some evenings with buskers of varying skills but generally quiet from 9.30/10pm.

My room overlooked Shields Street. Great views to the Lagoon but very noisy at night. Will definitely stay again & will request a room Esplanade side. Position of hotel is excellent 5 minutes walk to everything. New bathroom was much appreciated.

Location, staff.

Really disappointed. The pool is 100% shaded and freezing cold. The Spa is freezing too. Absolutely no one relaxing by the poolside.

Perfectly located and within walking distance to pretty much everything. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. No housekeeping to rooms if stay is under 5 days (or at an additional charge if required). The only issue with this is that the bin fills up really quickly and there is no spare liner to replace it. Overall very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend.
