직원들이 매우 친절하고 나이스함. 청결함은 살짝 떨어지지만 라군이나 마트나 여러가지 접근성이 너무 좋음.

주변이 좋습니다

주변 관광을 하거나 쇼핑을 하기 아주좋은 위치에 있는 것 같습니다,. 다만 청결도는 조금 ,,, 수건을 빨아서 쓰거나 매일 가져다써야하는게 조금 불편했고 ,,마지막날 바퀴벌레 나와서 좀 별로였어요

위치는 정말 최고입니다. 작은 타운이지만 페리터미널과 라군이 가까운게 숙소정하는데 가장 큰 포인트였습니다. 밥을 해먹으려고 아파트먼트형태로 예약했고 식기나 조리도구도 잘 갖춰져 있어서 좋았어요. 단점이라면 데일리 하우스키핑이 없는것과 식기 및 조리도구가 미끌미끌한게 잘 씻기지 않은 상태였던게 아쉬웠고 가장 큰 단점은 무료와이파이가 없다는 점!!! 그외에는 완벽했네요.

해변과 중심의 접근성이 용이하고 객실의 넓이와 전망, 발코니가 넓어 여유롭고 화장실도 넓어 마음에 들었음 침대의 상태와 침구류도 좋았음. 유일한 단점은 조식 이용이 안된다는 것 뿐이었음.

직원분들 전망 편의시설 모두 완벽한 호텔이었던 만트라렸습니다. 체크인 시간이 늦었음에도 불구하고 친절하게 응해주신 직원분들 처음하는 호주 여행에 많은 도움을 주신 직원분들에게 다시 한번 감사드립니다. 덕분에 행복하고 불편함 없는 신혼여행 보낼 수 있었습니다 ^^!!

케언즈 라군, 나이트마켓을 많이 이용할 계획이라면 무조건 추천하는 숙소 입니다. 단, 아파트를 구했음에도 불구하고 주방에 후드가 없는 관계로 고기를 구워먹기가 굉장히 어려웠습니다.방청소는 5일에 1번 해주고, 원하는 경우는 추가금이 필요합니다. 타월이나 기타 어메니티는 필요한 만큼 리셉션에 요구하면 얼마든지 교체해주기는 하지만 조금 불편합니다. 와이파이는 추가금을 내야하고, 특이하게 테라스에서는 흡연이 가능한 숙소입니다. 라군 이용이 많은 여행자에게는 적극 추천합니다.

When booking was made, specifically asked for a Room no higher than the Fourth floor, This was totally ignored as no record could be found, Apart from that Great Accommodation, Recommended

Not good for third person sleeping on a terrible fold out Beds are comfy

We had a last minute check in. Staff were friendly and accommodating. There was a bit of street noise but room was spacious and clean.

The room it self was clean and tidy. However upon arriving there was musky smelling in the room. We turned off the air conditioner which appeared to be the main problem. After chatting with the desk they came up and changed the filter as we could see was quite dirty. We did not have the air for the remaining of our 3 days as, it still gave off the strong scent. I do hope further looking into the this concern is addressed as summer is approaching.

If i could upload the photos i took i would. $300 for one night? Massive cockroaches in my room, water was leaking at a rapid rate onto the TV table splashing all over the TV and all over the lamp light on the table next to it at such a rapid rate that i had to turn off the aircon There were fluid stains from a drink on my bed side table that hadn't been wiped down, there was someones underwear behind the bedside table and there were fleas in my bed. I am not happy that i had to pay $300 for this room. I have kept all of the photos of the above mentioned if you want to discuss this further.

Clean room, friendly staff

Self contained apartment clean and comfortable. Excellent location on esplande close to many cafes, restaurants, major supermarket & night market. Short walking distance to reef terminal and lagoon area.

Was locked out of room whilst locksmith had to be called to repair an old lock. Staff would not allow late checkout despite inconvenience during stay. Otherwise great location and easily accessible.

Our room overlooked the esplanade pool and Ferris wheel. Very nice. The washer dryer and milk in the fridge for morning coffee were a real bonus.

The location was perfect. The balcony and view great. And we loved the upgrade. Thank you

Location, bit dated but comfortable and generous size for 1 bedroom unit

We had to have the kettle in the bathroom, furniture was outdated and old, no space to put your belongings the aircon wouldn't work with the remote. Very noisy, doors slamming
