직원들이 매우 친절하고 나이스함. 청결함은 살짝 떨어지지만 라군이나 마트나 여러가지 접근성이 너무 좋음.

주변이 좋습니다

주변 관광을 하거나 쇼핑을 하기 아주좋은 위치에 있는 것 같습니다,. 다만 청결도는 조금 ,,, 수건을 빨아서 쓰거나 매일 가져다써야하는게 조금 불편했고 ,,마지막날 바퀴벌레 나와서 좀 별로였어요

We had a fantastic stay at Mantra Esplanade. The location right on the Esplanade is unbeatable—close to everything with beautiful ocean views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A perfect base for exploring Cairns—highly recommend!

ケアンズに滞在する時何度か宿泊しています。最高の立地。すぐ裏にスーパーがあり、お部屋には、キッチン、洗濯機などが備わっており 住むように滞在出来るのでオススメです。

The hotel was very good and the location cannot be beaten. Covered parking and lots of restaurants nearby were very convenient.

Quick check in, great room, clean, perfect location. Only issue door stop to close to toilet, we both hit it with our feet whilst using toilot, needs to be moved closed to door frame.

3度目の利用で、今回は1週間ほど滞在させていただきました。ランドリーやバスタブ付きのお風呂、キッチンなどの設備はもちろん、1LDKの部屋の広さは快適そのものです。 ラグーンは目の前、飲食店も多くWoolworthsへもショートカットできます。のんびり過ごすにしても観光の拠点としても抜群の立地です。 いちばんのオススメはホテルのスタッフです。全員がフレンドリーでいつも親切にしてくれます。 今回に限ってですが用意していただいたソファベッドは横になると身体が痛くなるほどコイルがへたっていました。いい思い出になりました。

Our room 324 was antiquated and the shower/bath is very dated . On arrival we found it extremely difficult to turn the hand basin taps on and then off after using them to stop them dripping all night . No plugs in either bath or basin and we killed 3 cockroaches. We felt the room hadn’t been used for some time ? The bed was very comfortable but the balcony was cramped and the table wobbly and with weeds growing in the brickwork together with broken tiles. The TV cupboard doors inside were hanging off and there was a strange smell from ( we think ) the carpet The one big plus is the location, absolutely perfect and central to everything although the city view is not the best The maintenance man who came to our assistance was brilliant although there was little he could do at such short notice except to provide deodoriser for the smell . Fortunately none of the above spoilt our short break to Cairns.

Very nice room with a sea view from the balcony. The hotel is very close to everything in the city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful.

An absolutely amazing stay from start to finish. The service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The view was stunning and made every moment in the room feel special, while the room itself was beautifully comfortable, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. Everything exceeded expectations, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing experience.

No ocean view. Pool was nice.

The staff was great, but the location is even better. If you’re looking to do a snorkeling tour it’s a simple walk to the harbor. Also, because there are no great beaches nearby. The lagoon right nearby is perfect for swimming and the water temperature was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Cairns

We only spent one night here. Very clean, staff were really nice. Great view of the esplanade. No street noise in the room which we loved. Didn’t see the fine print about a $200 deposit even though our room was fully pre paid. 3-5 days to get it back. Not great. A microwave oven would have been very handy.
