Muy cera del mar, muy serviciales las perdonas que atienden el desayuno. La habitación no estaba muy limpia, había cucarachas . No está en funcionamiento el gimnasio. Relación precio / calidad , bien en general.

It was a nice stay until the last night people were fighting outside our door and the police had to come

The employees were nice. The room was clean. There was only one face towel in the room when we arrived. There was one mini Dove soap bar in the room., Check out was quick and simple. Easy access to the Beach. Yes I would go there again.

The room itself was nice, spacious, and clean. The staff were friendly and we felt safe. However, the thermostat in our room did not work so we were unable to adjust the temperature of the room…we were freezing cold the entire trip. I tried to call the front desk to let them know but the phone didn’t work. For two days we could only take cold showers because there was no hot water in the shower, at all. I walked to the front desk and informed them of the issues about 15 minutes of checking in, but apparently they were unable to fix any of the issues, and they didn’t offer anything such as a discount on the room for the inconvenience of being uncomfortable.

No ice bucket, no routine linen change with a five day stay, had to track down housekeeping to get towels, carbohydrate breakfast, no fresh fruit. Worst night ever on a Saturday night, I had an early meeting Sunday morning, went to office to report, no support from staff, I was told to call the police myself!! Office never answered call from my room.

Great value for the money! Luis is the man, kids love him an look forward to seeing him every time we go! Puts a smile on everyone’s faces, we’ll be back for sure

Very bad front desk service and not accommodating to the fact that we needed 1st floor accommodations due to handicap. Booked room through Expedia and front desk working said the only accommodations were 2nd floor and would not allow us to cancel. Had to settle for 2nd floor. No maid service on the day we were suppose to receive it so we had no clean towels and had to walk all the way to the front desk to ask for towels. No way to communicate with front desk since there are no phones. Overall very poor experience with this location.

Me hospedé 2 noches y no limpiaron la habitación, las personas de recepción fueron muy amables siempre que fui a pedir toallas para la alberca, ya me había hospedado aquí en otras ocasiones y nos gustaba el desayuno que incluía huevo, salchichas y papas doradas, ya quitaron eso, ahora es muuuuy básico
