Studio confortable. Aucun service de chambre pendant le séjour. On doit s'adresser au lobby pour ce qui doit être renouvelé. Aucune serviette disponible pour la piscine au moins à une occasion et peu de serviettes à 2 occasions

Room was spacious and very clean

Room has everything. Even a rubber mat for the shower floor and a compost bin in the kitchen. Liked that I didn't have to leave a do not disturb card on my door. Room cleaned only if I asked. Sorry that I forgot to leave a tip oin the room. Meant to

My room was facing a bright parking lot so it wasn’t ideal for at night as the light shined thru the cracks in the curtains etc. fairly loud. Parking lot is a bit sketchy. The room appeared clean and the bathroom was nice and bright. However, in the morning I discovered blood on the blanket comforter and notified the reception when I left as it was already too late for them to switch blankets for me as I was checking out. A bit disgusting for that…thankful I used the sheet instead of the blanket. But I assume they don’t change the blankets as often…

Stayed here one night for work. The room was clean and had the usual amenities, including a full bathtub and refrigerator. Bed was very comfortable. The only negative thing was the hot tub was small and felt very high in chlorine (which is better than the alternative) - burned my eyes. Was only in for about 15 minutes. Very minor complaint, good value for the stay. One recommendation would be for robes in the room making the trek to the pool a little nicer. Will stay again.

Nice,clean place

Overall okay hotel. Staff are friendly. But hotel WiFi very bad. Also complementary coffee tasted like water.

Loved that I could relax in the hot tub and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook everyday.

Excellent and good staff. Pool was very nice and warm.

Most downtown lodgings don’t have a restaurant on the same property. Don’t have go too far if one don’t mind Denny’s for their meal.

I enjoyed my stay but was a little upset to see a homeless man sleeping in the parking lot when I arrived.

Less clean, not feel safe around parking area outside, Price high not worth. Old buildings.

Convenient location

Great stay and the staff were very welcoming. The building has suffered some wear and tear, the elevators look pretty worn and the signs of use are apparent. Some investment into freshening up the look of the property could prove helpful for return visits. Other than those items the room was clean, the bedsheets were ready but not pressed well which was functional but not pleasing upon entry. Overall, the big seller was the location was reasonably close to downtown with parking on a weekend providing access without dealing with downtown Victoria.
