공항에 가는 셔틀이 있어서 편리했습니다. 그런데 비슷한 가격대의 호텔은 조식을 무료로 제공하는데 유료로 사먹어야 하는 호텔입니다.

공항셔틀버스가 있고, 교통이 좋아 시내나가기가 좋았으며, 근처에 대형마트가 있어 편리했다. 호텔방안에 전자레인지, 커피포트가 있고 로비에 아침마다 커피가 무상제공되었다.다만 방에 유리창은 있으나 열리지않는 창문이어서 환기가 안되었던 점은 불펀했다. 전반적으로 방도 크고 좋았다.

Everything was great. The road noise was loud, but other than that it was great.

Friendly staff. Just a really well taken care of hotel. I stayed in a different Doubletree in Maine and it was a dump.

Hotel room was clean and reasonably comfortable.

We had a queen room. Limited suitcase space.

The room was clean, but the wifi would not work in the room. Also, at 3am, when the hotel day turns over, the message light started flashing brightly on the house phone next to the bed. Staff said it was because of a glitch in the system and the entire 3rd floor (we were in 335) was affected. There was no solution, so why put people on the 3rd floor to be awakened at 3am? "Just cover up the light," was the suggested solution. There was a limited but delicious menu of pub food in the bar/restaurant for dinner. No plane noises, but there are train whistles. I am put to sleep by train whistles, but others might not be. The free shuttle to and from the airport was great, a big plus. The welcome cookies are warm and good.

Nice, and clean. Unfortunately I checked out 1 day early but didn't receive a refund for the night.. That's disappointing customer service

Although the hotel was convenient to the Chelsea MTA stop, that meant that the multiple horn blasts of the frequent trains were readily transmitted to the hotel. The adjacent street was also apparently a major truck corridor especially through the night. The staff was courteous and the facility was clean. The shuttle to the airport ran frequently and was very handy.

Helpful staff made my stay worthwhile.
