Very convenient location for the West Edmonton Mall and road access to Jasper

Clean , close to the mall …little out dated

The property is obviously a bit dated and needs a little upgrading. But overall it is a decent facility. Noise leaks in from the hallway but not severely so. The continental breakfast is sparse for choices, but healthy in its offering.

The breakfast needs more variety.

Parking was simple. I always had a spot. Only request would be an in room microwave and clearer signage on where the fridge is. I didnt find it until the second night. Other then that, a great stay for what i would consider "a budget option".

Staff were amazing to talk to. Breakfast room was well organized and easy to get what you want.

Hotel is right across the street from the mall (not IN the mall). Quick walk to the mall. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. Parking is included and had an extra lot around the corner if full. Coffee maker and mini fridge in the room as well.

I booked throw a third party and was expecting tickets to the water park, and did not get them. I also was expecting to pay with hotel.com cards for most of the room but was unable to because I was paying at the hotel and I was unable to use the hotel.com cards. They did have huge tub and a free breakfast so that was good. Clean room and friendly staff. A security guard was also in the lobby after 9, which made me feel safer.

I havent bern there yet and my card got charged whats going on

Easy access parking in front of building and underground apparently.

Very basic if basic is what you need. The breakfast might as well be continental

Was ok took 20 min to check in no one at front desk.

Cleanliness and conditions were good. Could be better if there were slippers, a microwave, and a kettle

Great! Perfect for our short visit with my kids!

Clean room. A lot of noise in the room above that went on until late. I phoned the night manager and she took care of it.

Clean quiet hotel. Breakfast could use an upgrade. Cold eggs, very minimal. Otherwise good hotel to stay at close to WEM.
