This is no 5 star hotel BUT it was clean and in a convenient location. The front desk lady Audrey was very pleasant to talk to in the morning. I wish I could remember the girl name, but she has lots of tattoos and cleans the rooms. She really took the time out to make sure I was in a room near my sister and that my room was clean and had fresh towels. She told me to wait 15-20 minutes and was done in 10 minutes! And told me to make sure I let her know if there are any issues. That made me feel like she took pride in her work and appreciated me as a customer. I'm not going to lie, I was a little skeptical at first when I pulled up because this isn't a "really nice" hotel. But it was clean and staff was friendly. King size bed was comfy too!

The hotel was nice for the area which was noisy with loud cars driving by. What made it a good stay was the friendly staff. Especially Audrey who worked the breakfast area. She had so much love for everyone which everyone notices.

The first room we were assigned had a cracked window and the safety lock on the door was broken off. Room.was not clean. The second room had a hole in the sheet and black marks on it too. There was no hot water in the morning. So sad.

We saw the condition of the room and did not stay. Bedding was dirty. Large holes burned in carpet. Furniture was damaged. Bathroom moldy. Immediately left. Asked for refund and since we booked with Expedia, staff said we needed to contact them. Expedia is in communication with them now. We drove another 1.5 hours to stay in Birmingham. This is a Baymont hotel, and we have stayed in Baymont hotels many times. It does not live up to a Baymont by Windham standard, nor Expedia. I would not recommend staying here.

Bed squeak TV not program noises toilet,had to change rooms two times I will never stay at this place again it's should be called a motel,in mop floor

Unable to lock exterior door as both the door lock and security lock were broken. Lamp broken, I obtained a bulb from front desk (the front desk person was pleasant ), although the problem was the lamp itself, not a burnt bulb. No chair for desk. No wastebasket. Bathroom floor very dirty. Due to these issues as well as vehicles pulling in, parking, then leaving frequently at night, my elderly mother and I decided to leave and literally sleep in the car instead. Exceptionally poor except for the front desk person.

Had to change rooms several times because the other rooms had no hot water and the the TV was not working in one room. My husband had to fix it because no one ever came to fix it. I paid for my room through the app and the lady at the front desk called me 3 times telling me I owed more money or else.... The app customer service helped me and told me no I was all paid for my night. On top of all that the only thing clean in room was the bed sheets!

Everything was perfect only thing I didn’t like was the area, it’s right in front of a club and they shoot every weekend I would recommend this hotel just not on the weekends. It’s clean they have huge beds and they are comfortable and cozy!

Traveling for business for two nights. This place was awful. The rooms were dirty and smelled awful. It was so bad that we chose to go elsewhere for the second night.

1st room stinks. 2nd room was a lil better TV remote didn’t work front desk was gonna send someone never did. Electric sockets some didn’t work. No toilet paper in room toilet was bathroom was dirty. Toilet no secured to floor. Shower curtain was dirty. Breakfast was limited because truck didn’t come. Staff was very nice and friendly on arrival and at checkout.

Lots of construction and painting going on. Parking lot roped off. Coke machine didn't work. Electrical outlets not working in parts of the room. Toilet constantly runniing
