시설에서 세월의 흔적이 느껴지긴 하지만 잘 관리되고 있습니다. 직원들의 친절함은 정말 최고였습니다.

정말 탁월한 선택이었어요 . 테라스가 없는 방이 었지만 식당과 로비에 테라스가 있어서 즐길 수 있었고 , 아들의 생일파티와 디왈리 행사 까지 준비해줘서 너무 멋진 여행이었습니다 . 버기로 타지마할까지 데려다주며 , 방도 생각보다 넓고 , 엑스트라 베드도 제공해줍니다. 게다가 모든 음식이 맛있어요.

인도 최고의 호텔이라 평한다. 로비로 들어섬과 동시에 느낄 수 있는 최상의 서비스...룸에서 이루어지는 첵인...호텔룸에서 보이는 타지마할의 풍경까지... 묵는 내내 느낄 수 있었던 모든 편안함은 인도 최고의 호텔임을 실감할 수 있었다.

오래된호텔임에도관리는잘되었으나객실욕실이많이노후화되었어요 샤워부스가고장나있고 물이잘안내려가요 하지만 타즈마할과접근성이좋고 카트로타즈마할입구까지태워주는서비스는정말좋네요 인터넷이30분만무료라유료로썼구요너무자주끊깁니다

Un des meilleurs hôtel qu’on ai fait. La vue incroyable sur le Taj. La qualité du service et des prestations sont digne d’un vrai palace. On s’est senti comme des rois. On recommande sans hesitation.

Ein Traumhotel!Ich habe es keine Sekunde bereut, Gast in diesem außergewöhnlichen Hotel zu sein. Sollten Sie sich fragen, ob es das Geld wirklich wert ist, dann lautet die Antwort: Ja, ist es. Schon beim Betreten kann man es kaum glauben: Das Taj Mahal liegt direkt vor einem, fast schon zum Greifen nah.Das Hotel selbst ist am ehesten mit einer älteren und sehr noblen Dame vergleichbar. Es hat Stil und Selbstbewusstsein und muss sich nicht als modern inszenieren. Ich mag das sehr. Der Service ist stets dem Gast zugewandt. Der Stil? Ein Grand-Hotel halt. Kein moderner, nüchterner Betonklotz, sondern pure Eleganz. Kronleuchter, opulente Kissen und Vorhänge – man ist schließlich in Indien. Ich habe leider als Alleinreisede den Fehler gemacht, den Zug (Gatimaan) von Delhi nach Agra zu nehmen, und wurde im Zug und auch am Bahnhof von Männern bedrängt – eine Schande! Man kann sich vorstellen, dass ich doch etwas durch den Wind war, als ich im Hotel ankam. Aber meine Rettung kam in Form von Ms. Suhani vom Front Desk. Sie hat die Situation blitzschnell analysiert und mich emotional abgeholt, indem sie aktiv zugehört und sich Zeit genommen hat, zu verstehen, was ich unterwegs durchgemacht habe. Sie hat sich wirklich für mich interessiert und am nächsten Tag auch einen weiblichen Guide (die Dame war top!!!) für mich organisiert. Ich fühlte mich behütet, beschützt und umsorgt. Das Essen, Zimmer, der Balkon, Sauberkeit, Frühstück – alles 10/10! Das Hotel ist nicht umsonst eine Legende.

The service was flawless—every member of the staff was gracious, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. The combination of elegant accommodations, unparalleled views, and impeccable service made for an unforgettable experience. We cannot recommend The Oberoi highly enough.

The place is amazing as a frequent traveler. We arrived late and they thoughtfully left prepared sandwiches in the room without asking. Breakfast was stunning, staff were incredibly friendly polite and welcoming

Our stay was highlighted by breathtaking views of the Taj, beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, and an outstanding staff. From the front desk to room service and the kitchen team, the service was truly excellent and always helpful. The only downside was the dining. While the breakfast buffet offered a great selection, lunch and dinner fell short of expectations—especially considering the Michelin-star price tag

The hotel in general was excellent, the room, the staff (really really incredible), the food and beverages, the views, the amenities. The most beautiful place to relax and enjoy a wonderful vacation.....

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Firstly the location is one of a kind with direct close view of the Taj. Second the hotel is magnificent. Lastly, they take the idea of service to a whole different level. My son said that he wanted to record a guitar song on social media - later our personal concierge, unbidden, brought him a capo and guitar strings. Finally they insisted that we tag them so they could post on their site. Wow.

Very great breakfast buffet with a wide range of options for vegetarians, additionally, food without onion and garlic options were readily available.
