I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Simple easy check in by a very nice lady. Room was accessible as requested. Room was comfortable and clean

Parking was good

Breakfast was healthy enough with several options to chose from. Th staff are very friendly and helpful. We had stayed here before and I was surprised the desk clerk remembered me. All in all this is our go to place everytime we are in the area. My husband is disabled and they accommodated him with all his needs. Great place and reasonably priced.

Upset. I’m local to where this hotel is. Booked the hotel for the night as Reno’s was being done to my house. Booked thru this site. When arriving to this hotel to find out they allow local people to book rooms and to find somewhere else to stay. Front counter person was very rude.

Rooms are small but good for the price ask for extra pillows or bring one. Couldn’t sleep due to road work at 9:30 pm.

Not a bad stay but was slightly frustrating. I am not sure why some of the options for "upgrades" are even listed on the website when realistically they're not actually available. You don't realize you didn't get it until you get there. . . I inquired about a dog staying with us before when I initially was booking the room. I was told by the online agent that the pet staying with us wasn't going to be an issue because it is at some hotels. I had asked if there was an added fee because sometimes its a hard no pet rule or an added fee and rightfully - ish so. When when I got to the counter, I was told its an extra fifteen dollars to check a pet in with us, after receiving this messaging from their customer support line ahead of time. Super confusing and misleading. I'll pay your $15 dollars but some consistency across the board would be ideal. Booking a room for four, 2 towels in the room. Asked for more and was told to visit the desk to get more.

Stay was ok. Rooms need updating and smell musty

Nice and clean well supplied quiet with a pizza joint and lounge nextdoor. Simple breakfast with juice, yogurt, instant oats, toast cereal, hard boiled eggs and good coffee. Fine place for an overnight stay.

This is a not so new motel with a dated look, but the room we were in was clean and provided exactly what we needed, a place to sleep. The check in staff was wonderful, and very apologetic calling to see if we were still coming (we were actually 5 minutes away, so that gave us all a good chuckle) The air conditioner in the room was a bit “clunky” and made banging noises when shutting down. Just an FYI

Good location for accessing the highway for a reasonable price.

It was OK. The bed was very comfortable but the air conditioner didn’t work great.

Our room was decent, meaning clean sheets, towels etc. The entry door was disgusting and the bathroom tub, faucets and air conditioner were all needing renovations, walls in need of painting!! I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Very easy to get to and love the fact that there is a restaurant in the same parking lot

They offered a wonderful assortment for the continental breakfast and there was a restaurant and fast food place very close by. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows. The room was very cosy and clean and accommodations for my disabled husband were perfect for him. We will definately stay here again.

For the price you pay it was a really great day. We have been there quite a few times.

outer door had a gap. Counters, door handles and the washroom were in need of a good cleaning. Bed was comfortable.
