Very comfortable with clean room and bed. Fully equipped with air-conditioning, fridge, and safety box. Front clerks were nice and kind. But considering its location, it would be great if the hotel provide us a free-tickets to the Freiburg city. The hotel is quite away from the Freiburg main train station that it is necessary to use eiter tram No.5 of bus No.10 (if I remember it right). At the moment the tram is under construction that we could not reach the closest station. It would be quite hard task for people who are not friendly with using Google maps. Overall the hotel deserves 4-star in spite of its location! Also there is ALDI right across the road. Very convenient and calm place to stay!

Das Hotel ist echt schön, sauber und bequeme Betten. Genug Platz im Zimmer und direkt gegenüber der Tram Linie 4 in 10 min am HBF

Très déçue par le réveil matinal à 8h30 (pour un check out prévu à 11h), puis par les explications interminables et l'attitude hautaine du réceptionniste qui s'est acharné à démontrer que c'était ma faute.

Tolles Hotel. Da stimmt einfach alles.

Super Hotel, immer sehr gerne wieder. Jedoch an diesem Wochenende wegen Weihnachtsmarkt war das morgendliche Buffet überrannt, die Auslagen ziemlich leergefegt und das Servicepersonal im Frühstücksraum am Anschlag angelangt. Aber sonst wie immer alle sehr freundlich, alles sauber und toll. Danke
