굉장히 깔끔하고 만족스러움

산마르코 광장이 정말 가깝다. 하지만 단점은 역에서 찾아가기 정말 힘들다는 게 문제다. 구글맵 잘 못보는 사람이면 복잡한 베네치아 길에서 헤맬 수도 있을 것 같다. 그러나 조식이 괜찮음. 하지만 엘베 사용법은 잘 모르겠음. 2층이어서 체크아웃 때는 그냥 캐리어들고 계단으로 내려옴. 배정받은 방이 넓긴 했으나 화장실이 뭔가 이상했음 방안에 또다른 방? 무튼 특이했음. 배수가 잘 안됨. 물이 엄청 고임 샤워시 주의할 것.

위치는 바포레토 타기도편하고 광장과도 가까워서 매우좋지만 호텔 간판이 없어서 찾기어려울수도 있을것 같음 그리고 객실이 진짜너무 쫍음.. 베드버그 나옴. 비추합니다

가격대비너무좋아요.비수기여서 가격이싼듯하지만, 전체적으로 너무 만족하고왔어요. 위치도너무좋구요~이탈리아여행중조식은최고엿으며 방은작지만, 화장실은정말넓어요ㅋ물론깨끗하기도하구요. 화장실은새로리모델링한것같아요~ 엘레베이터도있고 정말있을꺼다있네요! 직원도친절해요.믿고가보세요~ 추천합니다.

호텔 토리노를 예약했는데 카사 모로인지 이상한 곳으로 안내를 해줌 같은 건물인지는 모르겠으나.. 토리노 호텔에서 나와서 약간 걸어가면 나왔음. 322호에 투숙했는데... 천장에 금이 가있고 천장에 거미줄이 있음... 시설도 아주 맘에 안듬 무엇보다 너무 어두컴컴해서 창고에 방을 만든 느낌 도저히 안되겠다 싶어 방을 바꿔주길 요구했으나 이미 호텔이 풀이라 안된다는 답변만 먹을수 있는 뜨거운 물도 아침에만 이용가능.. 베네치아 중심가 호텔이 낙후되어서 그런지... 아무튼 최악의 호텔이었음.. 이곳에서 이틀 묶은건 평생에 최악의 호텔로 기억될듯.....

Good Location, near San Marco Plaza. The room is small but clean and the bathroom is not small. With lift, you can carry your luggage easily. Satisfied with this hotel.

엘리베이터 있어서 다행이었고 산마르코 광장에서 가까움. 아침식사 먹을 것 많고 신선함. 꽤 넓은 욕실. 필요한 것 다 있음.

피렌체 중심가에 있어 위치도 편하고 좋네요 나름 인테리어도 고풍적이고 매우 만족합니다.

The staff is very friendly, and it is conveniently located.

Bathroom floor soaked after showers, lift was not easy, quad room pictures were vastly larger than our room. Staff was friendly, room had great air conditioning. Beds were ok. Location of hotel is excellent! Right outside expensive shopping and gondola ride.

When my wife and I checked, we were greeted by Maximilian at the front desk. He was polite, knowledgeable & helpful.

Great location for shopping and dining. Authentic Italian charm.

Front Desk person initially took us to the wrong room. I had paid for a four person, but only two people were able to come. He helped us with our bags, and took us to a room in an entirely different building, which only had 1 bed, which is not what I paid for on Expedia. Once I showed him a screenshot of the room we’re supposed to be getting, we went back to the front desk and to the right room, which was as pictured on Expedia. It looked very nice and has a refrigerator and water kettle in the room. The bathroom was nice, and the shower felt great. Good pressure! After the first night, my daughter had bites on her arm. I also had multiple bites on my leg, back and wrist. I didn’t see anything in the beds, but it’s possible there were bed bugs. I don’t think I got i bitten in these areas while outside because I wore long sleeves, long pants and socks when we were out and about.Unfortunately the staff didn’t speak English that well so I couldn’t really explain that to them while I was there.

The property is quite old and it looks like it. However, the room was relatively clean and the location is absolutely perfect to visit everything in Venice
