DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I made my reservation, trusting that Expedia would not send me, a female traveling alone, to an unsafe place. I was wrong! When I pulled in, I could already see this was not the type of place I should be staying. I walked in to try to cancel and was met with an extremely rude person who could not care less about the safety concerns that I questioned. In fact, completely belittled me and made me feel unsafe in his presence. I walked out thinking that maybe I was overreacting and saw a police officer parked across the street. So I drove over to ask the police officer, his thoughts. He very clearly and very directly recommended that I leave the facility immediately. He said that this motel was not a safe place for a female to stay alone!! He said they had regular drug busts as well as other issues with paying for sex. I left right away and called Expedia to cancel immediately. The gentleman on the phone was kind but said that since my booking had not yet cleared he had to wait to get me my refund. However, he assured me that he would and that he would CALL ME to follow up. Then 2 days later I received an email from Expedia saying “The hotel will not give us a refund so, we cannot give you one. We are sorry for the inconvenience.” SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE???? Expedia thinks that its misadvertising and sending its customer into a dangerous situation is just an inconvenience???? I called immediately and Jesus the manager tried to blame me!!!!!

Great price, very convenient, good bed. A lot of people smoking around the building. A lot of people hanging out in the parking lot. Shower pressure low.

This Quality Inn in Seneca is very nice. The front desk clerk was very friendly and efficient with the check-in, and there is ample parking. The hotel is appealing, and the lobby area is also pleasant. The hotel room is good size with comfortable bedding. Overall, this is a convenient, clean hotel at a very good value price.

I’ve stayed here several times and never was disappointed.

Nice place for the price. I would stay here again. Looks newly renovated and was clean. Very comfy bed, pillows. Breakfast was basic but delicious. Staff was excellent. Very pleasant and professional. We enjoyed our short stay.

Just a comfortable place to stay while hiking in the SC Upcountry.

If you are traveling with a pet BEWARE!!! At the time I made the reservation I was told there was a pet fee of 30.00 per night. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times per year for the past several years. At the front desk I was told 80.00 per night. I was not given the opportunity to cancel my reservation without a penalty. I felt taken advantage of and will NOT be returning for any future visits to the area!!!!!

First room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, otherwise i would've rated them higher. Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Front desk clerk moved us immediately to a different room. That room was very nice and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Clean and efficient somewhat dated

The lady at the check in was professional and amazing even though there was a conflict with Expedia..... Problem was solved efficiently. (Haven't done breakfast yet)

It was great and had fun good people

It wasn't amazing, but it was above average. Th hotel is located close to many amenities (stores, restaurants, etc.). Rooms were clean and reasonably new (no worn out furniture).

Easy access everything was a short drive away

The staff was friendly the rooms were clean and the hotel was conveniently located close to everything .
