The whole property smelled like marijuana. I was checked into a non-smoking room and it smelled so bad (like marijuana and cologne) I had to take my child outside for fresh air. There was visible mold in multiple places, water damage, stained bedding, blood on the light shade, broken furniture, the chair was ripped in multiple places, the mattress cover was torn along the zipper, the door lock was not properly secured and the door wouldn’t close properly. Also, no privacy curtains on the windows, only sheers! This was the most deceiving description for an Expedia hotel that I’ve ever booked and a really distressing experience, we left after 15 mins.

One of the best Motels I've stayed at in a while. The only issues I had is my Key Card was a little hard to use. The Card Reader was a bit hit and miss. And the TV Selection could be better. Also, some channels couldn't be watched due to pixelation. However, I liked my stay well enough that I will be staying there again in August.

Just awful motel plan and simple Didn’t even stay moved to another hotel

The hotel is an average hotel. It needs updated and cleaned up outside. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. Remove the carpets in the room and update the bathroom.

We did not feel clean or safe. Was in the room for 5 minutes left went to another hotel.

Quiet

The overall neighborhood was unsatisfactory. The outdoor areas were in need of cleaning & repair. Our room door had broken latches and drapes were not clean. Room needs painting,carpet needs cleaning. Pillows were totally worn out.

Staff was nice

The staff is helpful and the property is clean.

I reserved two rooms, both of them smelled of smoke and smoke detector was missing in one of them. The other bed smelled like urine.

Nowhere near what is advertised. The pictures weren’t anything like the room. My “smokeless” room smells like it had been chained smoked in. The ceiling was peeling all over, the base boards in the bathroom were molded off. The bed was a held up by a cheap frame that didn’t sit level. The television didn’t even have signal.

Jonathan was great checking us in and everything went smoothly. He was very helpful and friendly.

Property is good but does need some updating

Beware! My stay at Quality Inn was far from pleasant. We dealt with over 5 stink bugs in the room, and the sheets were dirty with massive stains. The housekeeping staff seemed more focused on blasting music and smoking outside than maintaining cleanliness. Adding to the unprofessional atmosphere, the hotel attendant with curly hair was not only rude but also had a huge stain on her shirt, which spoke volumes about the lack of care for the property. The outdated door system also felt unsafe, which makes this place a definite do not return. If you’re considering staying here—run the other way!

everything was nice, however, it smelled like the room had been flooded recently. there was a horrible damp smell and the hotel was already booked up due to event close by. woke up stuffy and congested. but i think other than that, it is a nice place.

Checked in late, got into the room and just wanted to take a shower and go to sleep. Shower had a dead cricket in the tub and sand from the last person who used it. Room smelled musty upon entry and it definitely needs updating. I chose this hotel based on that it had an 8 out of 10 rating. I would say it’s a 4 out of 10. I would not stay there again.

The room was ok. Somewhat dated. We chose this hotel for the pool and convenients to the race. It was high 90s. The pool was broke, and there was NO ice or any other vending. Could let that be known on website that the pool is not open. Very upsetting

Good and clean
