I would like to mention the shuttle driver who drove the hotel shuttle to the airport at 6:30 AM on July 19. He checked my flight at the airport website in advance because it was raining with thunder and found that my flight from Madison to Chicago got canceled. Then he guided me to the counter of the American Airline in the airport and confirmed it together. In the meantime he called to the hotel and figure out the bus schedule to the Chicago airport. However, the bus was scheduled at 11 AM. To catch up the connection flight from Chicago to Seoul, Korea, he informed me that the only ways are to use a cab or a uber-like service. With his great help, I was able to find out a ride by LIFT with my friends and arrived at Chicago O'Hare airport on time for the flight to Korea without a problem. I really appreciate his kindness and great help. If he had just dropped at the airport without any information about the cancellation, I would not have caught up the flight departing from Chicago.

Honestly probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Madison. Great location, beautiful views of the lake and downtown, easy parking, very clean and updated. Hotel shuttle to Camp Randall was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We booked two queen rooms, i got one king and 2 queens because it was overbooked. Two people had to sleep on the ground. I need a refund for one of the rooms

Check-in was nice and easy. Bar had a wide variety of cocktails and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing at Audrey‘s.

There is a fan or compressor cycling which ran all night. Very little sleep.

Love this hotel and the staff is so helpful and kind, but a room next to the elevator and a wedding party in the bar and lobby until very late made for no sleep. Next time I will use the Hilton Honors app to preselect my room.

Most I ever paid for that small of a room

Always a beautiful stay! I had the corner room on 7th floor with spectacular views of the Capitol and the Lake Monona. There for a conference and convenient walkway to Monona Terrace. Highly recommend.
