A truly excellent hotel with, without doubt, some of the best hotel staff I have encountered on any holiday. Every member of the team consistently goes above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Many of the staff have worked at the hotel for years and speak highly of how well they are treated by management, which is clearly reflected in their genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and dedication to their guests. Their exceptional hospitality sets this resort apart, and I would wholeheartedly recommend staying at the IHG Beach Resort.

Fantastic stay at the Intercontinental hotel beach Doha. Clean, spacious rooms and amenities, very family friendly and provisions for kids. Friendly and professional staff Nisar, Tiha and Imran. The lovely and ever so helpful guys at the poolside James, Jean-Marie and Brian. All put together made our stay unforgettable and pleasurable

Easy to get to and from the airport using uber. staff was very friendly and remembered our names and orders by the end. great location with everything a short uber away. breakfast was lovely and room was great- even upgraded us for free. recommend to all and very family friendly. would come back again.

We had a wonderful family stay at InterContinental Doha and were very happy to come back again. The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and is especially comfortable for families. The breakfast was amazing, with excellent variety and quality. We also loved the pool area and the beautiful beach by the sea — it made the whole stay feel very relaxing and special. The staff were professional, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We felt very well taken care of, and the service added a lot to the overall experience. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The whole hotel has a relaxed, elegant and family-friendly atmosphere. For us, InterContinental Doha is a place where you can truly enjoy a peaceful and high-quality family holiday. We would definitely be happy to return again.

The hotel was fantastic - from meet & greet with Momodu who was one of the nicest people you could meet to all staff in between. Check in staff / front of house staff could not do enough for us during our stay. Sanny in the Coral Restaurant was simply amazing making sure we had everything we needed. The whole restaurant staff were superb, along with those working outside on the poolside area. The hotel itself is as you’d expect for a 5 star - exemplary- our room was well appointed & the gym one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used. We will definitely be back.

Except for the dinner, everything was perfect. It was not an open buffet; instead, there were two restaurants available. We preferred the non-Greek restaurant, where we could choose a main dish, salad, and dessert. However, the kebab was not very tasty, which was disappointing, and it was not charcoal-grilled. Other than that, everything was great.

The property is very well located in Katata which is mid point to everything you would want to see in Doha, uber is the way to go in Doha as it’s dirt cheap and in the heat it’s much better than the metro or walking, as I don’t feel Doha is walkable! The hotel has a lovely private beach and pool which is well maintained. The temperature controller pool and the staff are lovely. Jane at the coral dining and Rashed our Housekeeper were friendly and very good! We had a 6 month old baby and the hotel were extremely accommodating. We came prepared with a collapsible bowl and Milton tablets to sterilise the bottles but when we found out we could get a sterilised they provided it, even a baby bath for the tub. The room was great with the sea view however the shower could have been much better. Overall great location, staff, and atmosphere!

The pool and rooms are very clean. The sunbed are available all day. The lifeguard are very helpful. The club lounge staff are very pleasant.

Amenities its spectacular and the best of the best, the front desk Kamala was a great person and very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable, The people who work in the coral restaurant Every employee was the best of the best , Jane and the all staff they was great people
