Hotel was nice. Rooms decently clean. But housekeepers not friendly. Housekeeper lived on property and made me feel awful about my super young kids being a little rambunctious. (When we arrived later at night we had just got off a 6 hour drive and kids were restless.) she was living in the room below us. Threw a fit the next morning about noise and what not. Even tho rooms are advertised as "sound proof"

Breakfast ran short of items - I think there were a lot of young kids there that cleared it out.

The owner was a nightmare the room seemed okay until I pulled back the blankets on the bed. The place is disgusting, the owner harassed me and was inappropriate.

Heather was amazing but other then that it was ehh.

The room was filthy and if we could have found anywhere else to stay we would have. They also charged a city fee to my credit card for $8.50 when I got there and said I had to pay it or I would forfeit my room.

Not for me. 4.49 charge to my credit card. Don’t understand why. Will not use again

Exactly what you’d expect from a Comfort Inn. Solid enough, pretty clean, quiet and friendly staff.

I can tell the room was not cleaned before my stay... felt dusty, stains on the headboard, toilet was broken/kept filling with water, i would avoid this stay

The floor in the room was sticky. I had bugs in the room. I was shocked that a national chain had no maid service and the beds weren’t made or sheets changed for the entire week I was there.

When I purchased the room from Expedia I was paid in full. But at checking in was charged an additional $24. Plus $20 for a slightly early check-in.

The room smelled like dog pee, I had to clean thw tv remote, the air conditioner/ heating unit had mold.

The staff was great. Heather is a rockstar and deserves a raise! The room was clean. The continental breakfast needs and complete overhaul. It was 2/10 compared to others Ive been to. Food was cold, options were extremely limited. Breakfast potatoes were actually half cooked tater tots. Terrible.

Was supposed to be a wedding night gift. They ended up asking for a refund after 2 hours. Someone left tnt poppers under the bathmat of the jacuzzi and the sheets were stained.

Room smelled terrible. Like mold and mildew. Really bad. When asked for another room he said he was going to bring an air ionizer up. Went to brush me teeth and faucet almost fell off safety lock on the door was , and tub plug wouldn’t stay up and it kept filling with water (weird that the tub was full of water). Demanded a new room and got. But I shouldn’t have had to do that.

Check- in was seamless, staff unfriedly. Did not give any details of amenities. Once in room, bed was worn out and torn. Window was horribly repared witb a towel being plastered in place. Unfinished spackle patching throughout room. Nasty smell. Jacuzzi tub has a rusted drain with stopper on edge of tub. Dirty napkin under night stand. Hand towel had old makeup on backside. Was folded to look clean.

This place should be condemned. Overly outdated. Pool, hot tub dirty. Dingy hallways, old elevators, curtains don’t close to block out light. Bathrooms VERY small. Shower lukewarm. Would never stay or recommend ever. Am I am usual pretty nice about reviews.
