Excellent hotel

Fue una experiencia inolvidable. El personal, la comida (desayuno en bufet y room service, también), y el estado de la habitación son buenísimos. Les recomiendo alojarse acá :D

위치 좋음, 온수 잘나옴, 화장실 문이 안닫힘(가장 문제임) 서비스 좋고, 무료 코카티도 계속 제공됨, 수시로 먹으면 좋을듯?

위치가 광장과 가까와 굉장히 편리합니다. 직원들이 특히 친절하여 굉장히 기분 좋은 여행이 될 수 있었어요.

쿠스코의 메인 아르마스 광장과 인접한 위치하여 걸어서 여행하기에 최고임. 단 방은 1층보다는 3, 4층으로 추천

깔끔하고 넓은 로비.. 중심광장과 가까움.. 다만 방에 와이파리가 잘안터짐

노보텔 침대는 집으로 가져가고 싶을 정도로 대만족이었다. 잠자리도 편안했다. 샤워시설도 좋았다. 조식도 깔끔하니 맛있었다. 비행기에 카메라를 놓고와서 택시를 불러야 했는데 직원분들이 빠르게 택시를 불러주셔서 공항에서 찾을 수 있었다. 체크인후 가방도 늦은시간까지 맡겨 주셔서 편안한 투어를 할 수 있었다.

We had an excellent stay at Novotel Cusco! The location is unbeatable—just a short stroll from the Plaza de Armas—making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay.

El hotel estaba x recibir algún tipo de evento, no había recepción. Todo estaba hecho un desastre. La habitación que según nos dieron era un upgrade y está de verdad estaba fatal. Vieja y con 3 camas queen.

Expedia VIP program is a joke that has never been honored in any property we have visited. Just a recipe for disappointment. The hotel itself was very nice with excellent service and very attentive staff. The breakfast was above par and dinner was excellent. Would love to stay again.

The property is BEAUTIFUL. It is located a short walk from the plaza that has everything you need. Beds were not comfortable. No AC but when you crack a window it’s cool enough.

Alright overall for a quick stay whilst enjoying many of Cusco's wonders...

The property is close to the main plaza which can easily be reached with a 5 min walk. Rooms are simple but clean and nice-European style. Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire visit. Beds were nice but very firm-if you like soft beds you may want a different style hotel. But I found them to be comfortable. WiFi is accessible throughout the property and reliable.

The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The staff were very friendly, especially the bell guy, who was warm and polite. However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel.

Had an extremely pleasant stay at Novotel before and after doing the Inca trail trek. When I came back from the 4D/3N trek, the receptionist had everything prepared and I was able to get my room and luggage in less than 5 minutes. Truly exceptional especially after a tiring multi-day activity. Would also like to commend the quality of the food from room service. I really enjoyed the Lomo Saltado!
