평범하지만 편안한 편임

숙소는 아주 훌륭합니다. 방은 넓고 쾌적하며 조용합니다. 욕실이 방음이 안되서 한 사람 자고 있을때는 사용하는 것이 방해될수 있어요. 직원들은.. 고객에게 크게 관심을 두지 않습니다. 체크아웃하고 큰가방을 들고 계단을 올라가야 하는데 아무도 도와주지 않았습니다

Clean and it has good location. 깔끔하고 지하철 역 바로 앞이라 위치가 좋습니다.

마드리드 신시가지에 위치해서 다운타운 접근성도 매우 좋고(택시로 15분 내) 교통 체증 없이 거의 모든 곳을 갈 수 있습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하고 친근해서 편안한 여행이 되었습니다. 다만, 방에 무료 제공 물이 비치되면 더 좋을거 같습니다.

Great hotel.

일단 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 뷔페의 퀄리티는 좋은데 종류가 많지는 않아요. 야채가 없어요ㅠㅠ 하지만 서비스도 훌륭하고요. 매일 네스프레쏘 캡슐 두개와 고디바 초토렛 두개를 줍니다

시내중심가에서 약간 떨어져 있으나(지하철로 Sol 광장까지 4정거장) 시끄럽고 번잡함을 선호하지 않는 여행자라면 장점이 있는 것으로 보입니다. 바로 옆에 큰 마켓도 있었고 호텔에서 나오자마자 1호선과 10호선이 경유하는 Gregorio Maranon 역이 있어서 편리하였습니다. Serrano 쇼핑가까지 걸어갈 수 있는 거리입니다.

위치가 약간 별로긴하지만, 호텔만큼은 최고.

Worst hotel i have ever been in madrid

No air conditioning in my room. Hotel did not receive an envelope in my name

The hotel is good location that’s quiet but short taxi ride or metro from main attractions. Staff was friendly. The issue however is with deceptive description of the rooms. They advertise as king size bed. But they are not king size beds. Room 105 had a queen size bed. room 110 was a full size bed. I even measured. (See pictures) They will tell you that this is a “Madrid king” but that’s a lie as I’ve stayed at several Madrid hotels & gotten normal king size beds. Including Thompson Madrid operated by Hyatt. If you are seeking a true king size, I would recommend another hotel.
