가서 보니 공항 셔틀을 30분 간격으로 운영하고 있었는데 예약시 공항셔틀 서비스를 제공한다고만 되어 있었지, 어디에도 30분 간격으로 운행한다는 정보를 확인할 수 없었으며 문의 메일을 보냈을때도 전화번호만 알려주고 공항도착해서 전화하라고만 했고 전화를 했지만 응답이 없었음.

전산장애로 몇시간 카운트에서 기다림/키 없이 방사용/ 화장실 잠금장치 없었음/전구 깨짐/엘베 하나 고장 / 잠만자고 보스톤 공항 이용시 저렴하게 나오면 일박정도는 괜찮겠지만 다른 상황에서는 비추천 / 같은 햄튼인인데 엑시터에 있는 것과는 하늘과 땅차이

It was always a great stay and the place is quiet popular among the transit travelers to and from Logan Airport. The common area is well decorated and spacious. Our room was a large King bed with accessible bathtub. The water is hard, and, there is a suspicious stain on the orange sofa, that needs a deep cleaning. But everything is in working order. The breakfast was superb, with fresh fruit salad and egg muffin toasts, boiled eggs, fruits, juices, and great coffee and some others. The shuttle service was for every 30 min. But the airport pickup could become more than 30 min in waiting and at the upper departure level, and the dispatcher or the hotel could have mentioned its pickup location in advance clearly, and we had to struggle with many pieces of luggage to the lift and many calls.

All night, it sounded as if a person were walking back and forth above or below us. Thump, thump, thump, thump. It would go away and then come back, but with such consistency that it couldn't have been a person.

The grounds were littered with trash. The parking attendants were very unprofessional.

My only complaint was that the hot-water for the shower wasn't the greatest. It may have been because I was showering at 3:45 am in order to catch an early flight, but it still was unexpected. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Complimentary Breakfast was superb. The entire kitchen staff deserves a raise-those ladies are the reason we keep coming back-Thank you, ladies, who made our complimentary breakfast a wonderful experience.

Property was ok - room was fine. Great design of bathroom but overall cleanliness was not great. Floors, hallways and elevators were dirty and smelled of all kinds of odors.

It is quiet, comfortable, convenient location, and affordable.

When we arrived at this property on July 12,th after traveling 8 hours , we were told the computers were down and the person behind the desk did not know how long it would be until they were back online. I made a reservation through Expedia and pr-paid for the room. The person at the front desk also said he didn't know if we would even have a room as there were a lobby full of people in the same predicament as we were. It was 3:30 A.M. in the morning. The person at the front desk did not offer to find us a room at another hotel... nothing just said we would have to wait and hope there was a room for us when the computer came back online. I was able to call around and found another hotel close by that had a vacancy. I don't think I should have to pay for a room that I did not use. I will never use that Hampton Inn again and will be wary of staying at any other Hampton Inn .

Late hours for onsite restaurant was great. The food was excellent. Hotel staff helpful and welcoming.

Buena estadia, comodo y tranquilo. Cargos adicionales por estacionamiento no informados en la reserva de Hotels. $30 por día. Buen desayuno,el hotel tiene un mini restaurante que vende alitas, hamburger y otros. Tiene una tiendita que venden snacks. Hotel bien concurrido a 10 minutos del aeropuerto.

This hotel fills your room with complimentary snacks - which was welcomed and appreciated after a 5 hr flight delay and arriving hungry at 1:35am.

Staff was very nice and kind. Airline had lost my suitcase and i had nothing but the clothes on my back and staff got me a ride to get some things at Target and took me back to the airport, so i could file a claim for my bag. Very nice!

We stayed 1 night before an early morning flight. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool. We had a great room with nice furnishings. It happened to be the 4th of July and we saw so many fireworks shows from our window. All up and down the beach.

This is a perfect hotel for a quick stop over in the Boston area. The shuttle service to both the airport and the local train stop is very helpful. Staff were always very willing to accommodate any requests, including holding our luggage after we checked out until our flight later that evening. Hampton Inn breakfasts are always top notch and we had great options at this location as well as plenty of seating area! Would return again!
