It was so good and good service

Great hotel in great location. Easy to find and good walking distance. Easy checkin and checkout. Remember always to ask for basel card. Swimming pool was just ok. Overall a nice stay.

Das Hotel hat mich sehr positiv überrascht. Die Zimmer waren modern, sauber und unglaublich gemütlich. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein großartiger Aufenthalt – ich würde definitiv wiederkommen!

I am currently staying at this hotel, but my experience has been very disappointing. The room is not very clean, and the front desk staff are not very friendly. In addition, I had to pay $30 per night for parking, but the parking gate would not open even after I inserted the paid ticket. This caused a lot of inconvenience, as I had to wait for the staff to come and assist us, which took quite a long time.

It's a nice hotel to stay at Basel, quiet and convenient with good breakfast. We highly recommend it to other travelers.

We had a very nice sleep at the hotel, it was central enough for us to walk around the old town. We did not have a good experience with some of the restaurant staff, one morning, completely empty restaurant we were ignored by a waitress as she cleared a table. Even when I asked for two cappuccino and two croissants, she reply yes and continued to clean the table. Odd

Central location. Free local transport with the Basel card and the tram just opposite. The hotel is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, local museums and attractions. Room spacious and clean with usual amenities. Good variety at breakfast. Will stay there again if back in Basel.

Adminte mascotas , pero el aparcamiento es una pesadilla y no se accede al hotel desde el parking , el hotel esta bastante bien , pero los pasillos estan un poco anticuados ,la habitacion estaba muy bien

Very friendly staff

Inglês Radisson Blue Basel is a great hotel. Excellent rooms, very good breakfast, and a privileged location. On top of that, the service is outstanding, which makes the stay even better.

Everything was great, it has a unique style for a chain, very comfortable. Loved that the windows properly opened. Free apples and candy a nice touch! Only thing that was a bit annoying is that the pool and sauna was closed on Sundays.

Disappointed with Bathroom Comfort My wife and I stayed for 7 days in a Superior Room at the Radisson Blu Basel. While the room itself is fine, the bathroom is extremely small and uncomfortable — barely functional for a proper shower. It’s not what we expected from a Radisson Blu, especially considering the price we paid and our status as Radisson Rewards members. The cramped bathroom setup has made our stay far less pleasant than it should be. We hope the hotel takes this kind of feedback seriously, because it’s hard to relax when basic comfort is compromised. We will not come back to this Radisson in Basel, although we are Radisson Rewards members.

Very central hotel. The dining options are limited but there are numerous restaurants nearby. The hotel is slightly dated but perfectly comfortable. My standard room had the world’s smallest bathroom- think airplane toilet. The parking is limited and you may have trouble parking as larger SUVs tend to take up more than one space. There is however a parking garage nearby.

Konumu güzel ulaşımı harika otelin karşılamadı ve personeli gayet iyiydi. Odalar çok ferah ve temizdi. Sabah kahvaltısı tatmin ediciydi. Otelin tek sıkıntısı teharet musluğunun olmaması. Bütün Avrupa’da bu sıkıntı var. İnsanlar kıçını yıkamıyor sanırım. İsviçre’nin herşeyi güzel ama bu konuda hala konuya Fransız kalmışlar. Bu eksikliğe rağmen Oteldeki konaklamamdan memnun kaldım

Gutes Frühstück, Lage sowohl zum Bahnhof als auch ins Zentrum und zum Rhein günstig. Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Tür, die mit der Basel Card, die jeder bekommt, obendrein gratis ist.

I have stayed at this in hotel many times but this time I was upgraded which was nice especially when your here in business and you want a little more room to relax, I would recommend Raddison Blu for future visits.
