Very courteous staff, nice clean room with a comfortable bed, quiet and convenient, and the breakfast was wonderful. I had a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend the Radisson Blu. Additionally, the restaurant is very nice and open late. Wonderful atmosphere and the food is beautifully presented. The chef takes great pride in showcasing his artistic talent. I had arrived late the first night and the charcuterie board was the perfect meal.

Camera piccola, la prima mattina ho trovato la vasca piena di scusa sporca con problema allo scarico. Problema risolto. Doccia che funzionava male. Colazione buona, posizione perfetta

Great location in the centre of Basel, not far from the main train station. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms clean and tidy. Shower a bit disappointing and the toiletries need a bit of upgrading.

Heizung hat nicht funktioniert und konnte nicht gelöst werden. Ersatzzimmrr war zwei Klassen niedriger. Haben wir nicht akzeptiert. Lösung war Preisreduktion.

Il personale gentile. La camera piccola ma soprattutto la porta del bagno é in vetro quindi totalmente trasparente non dando quindi nessuna privacy

Radisson non si smentisce mai. Ottimo hotel, buona la colazione.

room is quite tiny . No refregeater. location is good！

The heat didn’t work in the first room I was issued on 1st floor. And it didn’t work in the 2nd room issued on the 6th floor. Finally, the 3rd room, also on the 6th floor, worked. The front desk did everything they could to help, so I appreciate that. It was okay to stay in for a brief stay. Close to trains and to get to city center.

The reception was extremely warm and friendly - helped us with an early check in and provided guidance to the city. I will stay here again when I am back.
