한국사람은 잘 오지 않는 호텔인 듯 합니다 가성비가 무척 높습니다 물론 성수기는 요금이 높을 것입니다 정말 친절합니다 관리도 잘 되고 작지만 큰 호텔처럼 체계적으로 운영된다는 느낌입니다 그리고 작아서 큰 호텔의 번잡함은 없으니 얼마나 좋은지 모릅니다 최고 평점을 주기는 어려운 것은 럭셔리하지는 않기 때문입니다 그러나 그것을 바란다면 최고 가격의 5성호텔을 가야 할 것입니다 5성호텔을 많이 다니시고 이제는 화려한 것이 아닌, 포근하고 아늑한 곳을 찾으시는 분에게 맞습니다 만일 위치가 런던이고 조금만 인테리어를 신경 쓴다면 아주 훌륭한 부티끄 호텔일 것입니다 추천합니다

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist charmant und wunderschön, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und das Frühstück hochwertig und lecker. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen und Strandtücher können ausgeliehen werden. Es gab eine Kapselmaschine für Kaffee auf dem Zimmer und täglich eine Flasche Wasser. Auch die Csndybar im ersten Stock fanden wir toll. Eine wirklich schöne Atmosphäre, vor allem mit der freistehenden Badewanne im Zimmer und dem schönen Fenster. Gute Zimmer- und Badezimmergröße und sehr sauber. Einzige Minuspunkte für mich: Die Parkgebühren von 10 Pfund pro Tag und keine Steckdosen oder USB Ports auf einer Seite des Bettes. Ansonsten perfekter Startpunkt für Urlaub in Dorset.

It was quite hot in the room without air con but they had kindly had the window open prior to my arrival. Lovely comfortable bed and staff nice and friendly.

First - lovely staff - very professional and helpful - especially the restaurant staff and receptionists. But…… we were ‘upgraded’ - in this instance meant a room at the top floor of the hotel - no air conditioning and noticeably hotter than downstairs. This made sleeping challenging so eventually used our own fan to try to cool down the room. Plugs in room limited so needed to boil kettle on floor. and… a bath in the room in a bay window. Who in their right mind situates a bath there? Strange! Sink made of granite which had fissures in the bowl and looked very black and unhygienic. Food was lovely but the set menu didn’t change much. My family came to visit and we wanted to eat out so asked if we could have a refund for the evening meal (we’d booked half board) we weren’t having but they couldn’t do this as we’d booked through Hotels.com. So whilst the staff were really lovely, I couldn’t recommend it unfortunately- mainly for lack of ac, (summer stays) the quirky bedroom and no pool which could have helped make the stay better (but tbh we did know that when we booked).

When we stayed it was very hot & we were on the 2nd floor with a west facing window. No air conditioning so it was very hot at night. Parking wise we arrived early & had no issues finding a space.

Clean spacious room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast adequate. Not enough staff so long waiting for our breakfast. Not all ingredients on menu available on the day.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. The customer service was excellent throughout our visit, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. The location is another big plus—it’s in a quiet area but only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing stay. There were a couple of downsides, however. Firstly, we were charged for parking despite being told that the parking fee only applied to bookings made through Trivago. As we didn’t book through Trivago, this was disappointing and confusing. Secondly, the room was extremely hot. There was a small desk fan provided, but it wasn’t powerful enough to make much difference. I appreciate that this is a converted Victorian building and installing air conditioning may not be practical, but investing in larger pedestal fans would make a significant improvement. During our stay, the heat in the room was quite unbearable. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay thanks to the excellent service and great location.

The hotel is in a good location. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to the venue of town. Nice room and good bathroom with plenty of room in the shower. In the bathroom the extractor fan didn't work and there was a bulb out. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit flat. The bedroom didn't have air conditioning and the small portable fan didn't really help to cool things down. The staff were great - uniformly pleasant and helpful. There is an in house bar which is good and it also had a lovely, shared outdoor seating area. The hotel had plenty of parking with two charging stations for electric vehicles.

Hotel was pleasant, however, our room was on the ground floor next to the kitchen which was noisy with the sounds of staff speaking and cutlery being cleaned after we had gone to bed. This was made worse because as there was no air conditioning we had to keep the windows open.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were fantastic, we had a walk in shower and a roll top bath. It was in a nice location in a leafy street and about a 15 minute walk down the hill to the beach. My only critique was no air conditioning which as it was 37 Degrees was too much. Even though fans were provided it wasn’t enough. Plenty of water provided which is a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again (as long as it’s not too hot lol)

Plenty of parking, breakfast mediocre and I would recommend going out for breakfast. Room was clean and bed comfortable but incredibly hot, there was a very small fan which did make a small difference but noisy so not great for sleeping but was necessary. A small fridge would be helpful to keep water in too. No place to put shampoo and conditioner in the shower and the shower tray itself was incredibly slippy and unsafe as no mat. I’m disappointed in this room and would not stay here again

The staff were very friendly and helpful, check in was easy and the parking was good. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice. The room was well equipped and clean. I would definately stay again if in Bournemouth.

A gen of a stay! We had the "Crab Apple" room, at the rear of the building, on first floor over top of the kitchen (?). Very quiet apart from the rattling bath exhaust fans of the room. Apparently those can be switched off, but we never found the switch. No other sounds st all in the room. Comfy bed, good cooked breakfast, and great staff. We also enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the very good on-site restaurant. Easy walk to the nearby art gallery and to the beaches.

Very good stay. We enjoyed it. Will come again
