Dear Management, I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent stay in Room 5** at your hotel from December 28, 2023, to January 2, 2024. We chose your establishment primarily for its reputation for cleanliness and particularly for the high standards of linen maintenance. However, during our 5-night stay, it appeared that the bedding in our room was never changed. We noticed the same marks on the bed linen from our first night persisting until our departure, which suggests that the linens might have been merely tidied up rather than changed. Is it the policy of your hotel not to change the bed linen during a 5-night stay? My wife is particularly sensitive to bedding cleanliness, and this aspect is crucial for us when selecting a hotel. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the management of linen during our stay. I look forward to your response on this matter. Sincerely, JJ . 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 위치, 분위기, 조식 완벽에 가까웠습니다. 그런데 house keeper는 조금 아쉽습니다. 선물 포장용으로 따로 모아둔 종이가방들을 버렸습니다.

사소한 모든 것에 공을 들인 호텔입니다. 서비스가 만족스럽습니다. 러셀 스퀘어역 바로 옆이어서 어디든 이동하기도 좋고, 15분 거리에 소호 코벤트 가든 영국 박물관 등이 있어 걸어갈 수도 있습니다.

gorgeous hotel in great location

Great hotel with amazing staff. Room was spotless, great breakfast and dinner too

The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location for my needs. There is a good cocktail bar. The single room was small but clean and tidy and at the time of booking it was expensive for what I got. More care and attention needs to be paid to these single rooms as I had a couple bottles of very expired milk in the fridge and my complimentary snacks were not replenished each day. This was not up to the standard expected from a 5 star hotel. However, the staff were very helpful when I made them aware of this problem and replenished the supplies. I travelled with 2 other couples and I believe their double rooms were good.

Lovely grand looking hotel with a terrific cocktail bar! Rooms were clean and spacious. Very convenient for Bloomsbury and the British Museum. Should be easy enough to slip those Elgin Marbles in a large hold-all and slip back to hotel unnoticed. I’m definitely NOT working for the Greek government! Promise! Scouts honour! Dib Dib Dib!

Amazing building,

the staff assistance and attention to client service was superb. At breakfast, the servers were very attentive and the breakfast buffet, in particular the juice and smoothies ,were always fresh and reflected various cultural preferences.

Lovely hotel, great location but customer service is really poor. Don’t value returning customers or loyalty which is disappointing

Well appointed hotel with truly exceptional staff and fantastic decor. I was especially impressed by the staff at the Kimpton Fitzroy London. Upon almost every first interaction, members knew my name. They anticipated needs, provided useful information, and were each personable and very memorable. Meals at Fitz’s Brasserie were excellent and included a good range of options. The breakfast buffet incorporated a few items one could specially request, such as poached eggs when not in the mood for scrambled. The decor is what initially drew me, and it did not disappoint, but the exceptionalism of the staff will not be forgotten. I felt well taken care of and look forward to my next stay.

Lovely hotel in a great location with charming and helpful staff. Russell Square is a great starting point for anywhere in central London. As well as the underground station close to the hotel, there are many busses that are frequent and convenient. The room was lovely with everything you would expect from a hotel of this class. Being London, the rooms are not large - this is true of pretty much every central London hotel. The hotel is stepped in history. The dining room was the model for the 1st class dining room on the Titanic! There are other Titanic references including “lucky George” one of a pair of statues of a dragon; the other one went down with the Titanic! The bar and the restaurant are very good. Great cocktails and really good food.

No breakfast

Staff and building are phenomenal, restaurant/breakfast is world class. Location is perfect. Room itself was cramped and cold. Check-in was delayed 1+ hour
