Awesome place to stay in LA

온수풀장, 핫터브와 농구장이 있습니다. 조식은 괜찮게 나오나 사람들이 많을 경우 먹는 장소가 협소해 방으로 가지고 가서 먹기도 합니다. 더블침대 한개와 소파베드가 있는 방이었는데 소파베드가 불편했습니다.

아주 조용하고 깔끔하고 훌륭했습니다.

# 현재 숙박비 결제 관련해서 Complain 제기 상태로 답변 기다리고 있음 # LAX-Hotel 사이에 Shuttle Service는 다른 곳과 달리 Call Taxi를 대절 해 주는 것으로 비용은 Hotel이 지불; 그러나 문제가 Hotel에 전화를 해서 요청을 해야만 보내주기 때문에 외국에서 오는 사람의 경우에는 로밍 전화로 연락을 하던지 아니면 다른 교통 수단으로 호텔에 들어가야 함.

공항과 멀지않고 가성비 무난합니다

객실 상태는 정말 맘에 들었는데 잘 때 방안에 있는 보일러 시설같은데서 소리가 요란하게 나서 잠을 좀 잘 못 잔게 흠이였고 그 외는 만족 스러웠어요.

재목 그대로 베스트는 아니었지만 그정도면 나쁘지 않았던 레지던스였습니다. 다운타운까지는 25분정도 거리였고 주변의 비치도 가까웠습니다. 다만 아침 식사 진행과 관련하여 손님은 너무 많은데 직원들이 대응이 안되다 보니 정신이 없어서 식사를 하는 건지 마는 건지 모를정도 였습니다.

The Hotel was very good. We like the place. It is located in LAX airport area. I recommend the place if you want stay around LAX airport. It was more than expected especially cost effectiveness.

The hotel was great, really clean and easy with a dog. Lots of hotels who offer dog stays are a mess and this one was great!

WE had a great stay. The room was crystal clean and our suite had ample amount of space to work and play. The front desk staff was SUPER helpful with check in and out- they really went over and beyond. Breakfast staff were all so friendly, and it was a delicious breakfast. Would definitely recommend it and/or stay again.

Very quiet property, hotel staff was amazing

I had another hotel tell me they wouldn’t take my chime card after checking and asking. After being so frantic about what to do, I got on Expedia and booked this room. The room was FANTASTIC! The girls up front were so fabulous! They made me feel so much better and welcome. Everyone I encountered there was friendly and amazing! Thank you for being so kind. Now, this is the only place I’ll ever stay in LA when I come.

Comfortable. Perfect spot for our dog to stay. Loud air conditioner but ended up helpful for white noise. Nice staff Breakfast was marginal. Nothing amazing.

Convenient location to the endoscopy center across the street. Very comfortable, with mini kitchen and living room set-up.

Accommodating and very nice stay. They were nice enough to find a solution with my deposit, and I am thankful for that. :) Breakfast was good, but they can clean up earlier than the expected meal duration which was a little disappointing.
